Loved the store, bought a sectional sofa. Was told 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. It has been longer than 6 weeks and the delivery hasnt happened yet. I was told it would be done on Saturday when buying the couch, now Wednesday is my only option. Was told they would call me to schedule a 2 hour window, now I had to call them to find out they scheduled it for me at a very inconvenient time. When I called to find this out I was told that "there was nothing I could do unless I wanted to cancel it and wait for a later date" and the representative became rude. The delivery was a paid service, not something they offer as a convenience. And you cannot pick it up yourself from this store because its shipped from a different location, forcing you to pay for this service. Im extremely disappointed that what I paid for and was told would happened is not being delivered and no other solution is being provided to me. I will update this if the couch is ever delivered. Edit 1: Couch was delivered 6 1/2 weeks after purchase. Which was close to the promised time frame but on the wrong day of the week and the couch was delivered with a hole in the couch from where it rubbed in the delivery truck. The delivery guys were nice but stated "its ok, the hole is on the back". We signed with a service request and the delivery team took photos. After a couple of weeks, we had not heard from Amish, so we gave them a call. They said they never got the photos of the damage and that we needed to send them more. We got them more photos and were told it would be taken care of. We had no idea on how long or if it would be replaced or repaired. This whole time receiving the offensive service that I have come to expect from Amish. Edit 2: The repair guy came and tore the couch apart, which made me uneasy, but he did a good job of putting it back together after re-upholstering the damaged section. However, it is a repair and you can tell that it is, it is not as clean of a job as what came from the factory. I ordered and paid for this couch on 2/20/16 and finally have a pieced back together version of what I paid for 12 1/2 weeks later on 5/18/16. I have not received a response from Amish on this matter and every time I have called, the reps there at the centennial store hang up on you once they have said what they want--usually that it "will be taken care of". That might not be fair because I believe I have dealt with mainly 1 guy and it wasnt the guy I worked with when purchasing the couch. I absolutely love the couch, but whether you need to pay more or pay less, do whatever you can to avoid this place.

Prior to purchasing this gorgeous furniture you need to know that what they promise for delivery within 12-16 weeks is false. We are well into 5 months of waiting and they cant find our chairs at the manufacturer. When calling the store you are given the run around and even rude service for asking when your furniture will be delivered. For the price that is paid I would advise that there are several other places to go for nice looking furniture. Whats actually funny about our experience is that the work that Amish did has been completed for a few weeks...they cant get the manufacturing side done on the finishing of our chairs. So its not the Amish community fault. While the furniture is gorgeous I recommend doing something else unless you have months and months and months to wait for your furniture and then receive bad customer service when you start demanding you want the product that you have put a deposit down on. Wont ever buy from this particular company again...but would purchase Amish made furniture from another company. Unhappy customers, The Pierces

I bought my quarter-sawn oak bedroom set here, and also chairs with leather seats and a special order (made to my measurements and design) cabinet for the office. Everything is beautifully made. I was extremely pleased with my purchases! However, Ive just had a miserable experience with a leather chair. When I went to pick it up I was told the wrong chair had been taken out of the crate so my chair would be delivered the next day. I took time off work to accept delivery. They brought me the beat up floor model without saying so much as a word. Unfortunately I took delivery with a note that it was to be replaced with a new chair. Several weeks and several follow-ups later I finally was told that the chair has been discontinued. Im still struggling to return the chair without taking more time off work. UGH. Never pay for a purchase in full before you take ownership. I wont step foot in that store again.

Went tonight when they had a warehouse sale going on. After walking around looking and finally found exactly what we were looking for we were ready for help to purchase the item. We stood at the desk for an employee to finish up with a customer. 15-20 past he never acknowledged we were there. No hello, no I will help you in a moment. Nothing. Once done with the customer he walked away. We continued to try and get help. Another 20 mins past and still no help and no acknowledgement. My husband tried calling. A lady answered the phone. He said he had a question about their beds. She hung up. No purchase made. Going elsewhere. Not happy with the service.

I purchased chairs from the Gallery and found the selection great but the customer service is ABYSMAL We were promised delivery, as their ads touted "Guaranteed by Thanksgiving" but alas they did not arrive until the 10th of December. Upon picking the chairs up the 4 person sales staff only assisted us by showing us where they were in the back of the store (their delivery area/door was inaccessible due to other furniture blocking it) and giving us a dolly and proceeded to stand there and watched us make our way through the store to load out the chairs. I would be hard pressed to give them my business again!!

I have purchased a number of items from Amish Furniture Gallery over the years including a beautiful dining room table, bar stools and an entertainment cabinet and the quality is exceptional. My experience has always been great. The Sales people were helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to buy great quality, solid furniture--- and it is an amazing value. I cannot tell you how many of my friends comment on the Amish pieces I have in my house. Many of my friends are now Amish fans and wouldnt buy anywhere else.

Bed delivered in 4/2011 returned due to a defect and a new one supposedly ordered. Called multiple times since then...always promised a return call from the store but never get one. It is now 2012 and still no bed.

My wife and I have purchased a significant amount of furniture form this store. The quality is outstanding, however, the attitude and customer service is extremely POOR! Love the product but hate the service!!
