I cant say enough about these guys. First of all, smart move with advertising mattress sets on Craigslist. I never would have thought to look here for a new mattress. I just bought my 2.5 year old a used twin bed for only $20 but I needed a new box spring and mattress for it. They had a great deal for a twin set so they held it for me until the next day when I could pick it up since it was the last box spring they had in stock. Score some points there! Then I came in and got it. Not only were they super friendly, but I was in a huge hurry and they were very quick! They helped me load it into my car and everything. Later that evening, I noticed I lost my FitBit. I only had a week. I was depressed. I thought maybe I lost it while I was there. I gave them a call as soon as they were open this morning and not only did they look around inside, but I asked if they could look around where I parked my car and they were more than happy to look outside too. Believe it or not, they found it!!! Talk about customer service. They didnt have to go look for me, but they did, and now Im super happy. I cant wait to go pick it up and bring them some cookies for their help :)

I am new to the area, and was looking to furnish a large studio. I went to 2 other stores both claiming to specialize in futon and studio furniture. Neither of these two had people that seemed truly knowledgeable about their products, but then I would not hold that alone against them. Mostly the lack of desire to make a sale, and to advise and assist at these other stores is what had me continue searching. Ross was wonderful. Fully knowledgeable about all his products, but also took the time to listen, assess and advise. I went in to look at simple futons and came out with a full room full of fine furnishings and all by choice! There was no hard sell or take it now or the price goes up attitudes that I found at the competitors stores. I found a place that inspired me to make a home setting as opposed to just get something to stick in a room. I highly recommend this store, Ross in general and I will be back when ready for further furnishings. Continued success and many thanks

I was looking for a new bedroom set last week, and stopped into City Furniture because their bright purple building on speer caught my eye. I was amazed at how helpfull and knowledgeable the staff was. I didnt know anything about platform beds, but ended buying one that day along with the matching dresser, nightstands, and mirror. I was going to buy a headboard and mattress at American furniture, but instead got an entire set for about the same price! I will definetly be going back to these guys when I get my tax return to get a futon for my guest room!

Wonderful place to find quality furniture and mattresses. Ross and his team have a great store that will not disappoint. They provide great insight into all different mattress types on the market and why buying one from them will ensure you get the best quality for the money. They have done all the research for you. Trust them and you will leave a happy customer getting some of the best sleep you have ever had.

We were looking for a futon for our sons room and stopped in here. Ross was super helpful, explaining the different types of futons and asking us how often the futon would be slept on (as that would dictate the type of futon we would likely want to buy). Within minutes we had a new futon loaded into our car and were on our way. Prices are really reasonable and the service is great. Well definitely go back!
