Good but not 20/20... It took almost 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. There were plenty of staff at least 4 behind the counter and only 1 customer being waited on. I was not greeted or told to sign in. After approaching the sales associate, she was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting frames and lens that would be best for prescription. The price of frames were with in reason and the selection was ok. The lens were too expensive. They were not in network for my eye insurance, so to get reimbursed I will have to submit a claim. I was in the store over an hour. The sales associate was knowledgeable and helpful but I was disappointed in the length of time, the lack of ability to file an insurance claim and the total cost for one pair of glasses $481.39. They advertise express get your glasses in an hour but I was promised to have them in 2 weeks. I understand this was due to my prescription. I was alright with the wait as I did not need them immediately but for anyone that does need them right away this may be a problem. Overall, I would give them a average rating. Nothing spectacular stood out in the price or service but it wasnt terrible either.

My husband and both visited Eyemart Express for new glasses, we both had a vision exam and selected glasses that day. When we walked in the store was packed and we worried that we might have chosen the wrong place to start going! Both of our exams were completed quickly and we were on to picking out glasses. We were impressed by the selection that they have in mens and womens! I personally love the glasses I got! I, for the first time in my life, got sunglasses! I have worn glasses since I was 18 months old, this is such a big deal for me! The pricing was so great that I got 2 pairs of glasses, and my husband is going back soon to also select a pair of sunglasses. His glasses and my sunglasses were both done that day, my glasses had to be ordered but they were also done in under a week. WE WILL RETURN! Loved the employees and how professional they were and how eager they were to help us select the right pair!

I just walked into the eyemart the lady was not very friendly I just wanted to know could I get a pair of glasses with no prescription clear lenses because my mother had cataracts removed and she can no longer wear her glasses that are prescription and the lady acted like I was inconveniencing her Bad attitude Bad public relation I do not think the owner would appreciate the front person.I run and operate a business with public relation.that is not how you would treat people that you want to sell glasses too so therefore I will not be doing business with eyemart. i took my son to eyemart to get an eye exam. I spoke with the doctors aide and explained that my son is a special needs child. I went into detail of how he reacts. She thanked me for letting her know and ev erything would be fine. My son touched a piece of equipment used there and the doctor came running in. he started by screaming at my son and tried to tell him he would react negative to the yelling. we were told to leave and go somewhere else. So this is how they treat people, i couldnt believe it. they will never see my business and all the people i am in contact with that have similar children. worst place ive ever been.

It was great I walked in thay came right over to me soon as thay were done with the last customer help me pick out the frame I wanted fited frames to my face then they sent frame off to lab thay said I could stay there or go pay bills or something for about three hours just be back by6:30 thay call me in30 min to tell me.my glasses were done I came back and there great the whole business was professionall there great told me to come back with in two weeks2 nd pair started at20:00now thats great

My experience there was outstanding. In and out quickly. I was pleased with the pricing. I was pleased with my glasses. Twice I went back to have them tightened up and straightened out and they tended to me quickly and without a hassle. Didnt force me to prove that the glasses were purchased there, simply got out their tools and made them nice again, and said have a nice day. Awesome

Polite, friendly and we got our glasses in less than an hour. I have been there when the place us very busy but prefer to catch a time when it is not so full. Even when busy they work hard to give each customer individual attention. I will be back.

The lady in the examine station was very rude, & not helpful at all. I called to schedule an appointment and imstead was told a note would be left for the doctor & he would give me a call, i never recieved a call. Totally unprofessional.

Stop looking for eyeglass and eye exam providers. Eyemart Express is it. Both my wife and daughter wear glasses and I wish we would have been told about this place sooner. Unbeatable value and excellent customer service.
