You guys just have zero idea how amazing this place is. First of all, they do have frames ranging from nice, affordable plastic and metal ones to designers like Cartier ($900 for a pair of frames - seriously?!) and they have practically every size, shape, color, and style under the sun. Theyre competitively priced too - I went in today and got a nice pair of Ray Bans for $160. The reality is every single time I leave this place, I leave wanting to tell everyone I know how amazing they are. This is for a few reasons: the service, the selection, and the price. When I walked in today, I had my Ray Ban sunglasses, and when they asked me (immediately) if I needed help, I held up my sunglasses and said that I really just wanted something similar in shape because I like the way they look on my face. He instantly sprung into action, first bringing me back to the Ray Ban case itself and pulling out all the possible frames in the style I wanted, and then he started showing me options from cheaper brands as well. I was able to narrow it down really quickly to a few pairs, and then a couple of the employees helped me weigh the pros and cons about the two so I could decide. I only had my prescription as a PDF on my phone but he quickly let me email it to him and had it in a few seconds. I asked how much the lenses were and after looking at my prescription he informed me that it would be $45. Naturally, I replied "Each?" and he then told me that was TOTAL. For both. FORTY FIVE DOLLARS He then proceeded to ask me if I wanted anti-glare. Im a college student and hello I have a pretty tight budget, so I asked how much extra. $20. Okay, for both? Yes, both. Then, I swear to god, without me hemming and hawing or anything, he told me that really that would bring the total on the lenses to $65, but hed do it for $30 so dont worry about it. Then he asked me if I wanted to wait and said it would be about 30 minutes, but really hed probably have them done in 10. Guys. Thirty dollars. For anti-glare lenses. Who the hell else does that? This was without an eye exam or anything and I didnt have to haggle for it. I dont have vision insurance, so this kind of price is a pretty major deal for me. About 15 minutes later, he brought me my brand new glasses with perfectly fitted lenses. I tried them on and he stood around to make sure that they were the perfect fit before I paid and went on my way, with the assurance that if anything felt off about them over the next few days I could bring them back and theyd fix them. I cannot express enough good things about this place. If you live anywhere near Atlanta and need new glasses, GO. They carry so many different brands in different budgets and you just cannot beat $30 for anti-glare lenses that are ready in a few minutes. Theyre so nice and helpful and they genuinely want to make sure that you get the best glasses you could possibly ask for. Go, go, go.

GREAT PEOPLE GREAT SERVICE!!! Ive been wearing eyeglasses and contact lenses since elementary school, so Ive easily been to 20+ eye doctors over the years. Referred here by a family friend for the contact lens eye exam special they were having, I assumed the service would equate to the price. I WAS WRONG! Upon entering, I was warmly welcomed, after completing my paperwork (ONLY ONE PAGE, SCORE!) They fixed my current glasses to fit me better for free! The selection of frames they have is INSANE! Gorgeous glasses all around. My exam was thorough yet quick and I didnt feel slighted. The doctor is Sooooo nice and didnt mind answering my twelve billion questions. I recommend this place to ANYONE needing an exam!

They take care of me. Thank you. Not so easy out here and good to know there are good, decent, competent people out there. I come to Italy Optical from out of town because where I live the services are priced sky high and they are kind of wise-guys about it, too. All of that goes away when I go to Italy Optical and I can let out a breath and relax and get my eye exam and lenses - finally! I wish they were here close by. I do love em. Good folk, one in a million.

Beware some of their designer brands may be fake. Definitely not an authorized Tom Ford retailer. I actually checked with Tom Ford. I was told that my glasses would be ready the same day, although the prescription was right you can clearly see the grind marks from the machine they used to rough shape them to your frame. Go to lenscrafter for authentic and quality eyewear.

I had an eyeglass emergency years ago and the guy who worked a place i went to told me to go to Italy Optical lol Ive been going back every since and never been unhappy. Men you guys have no idea how incredible this guys are. Exceptional customer service, you can tell each and every one of them really know what they are doing. Ive been using them for almost two years now and I wont bee changing anytime soon. If you need to get your glasses or contact lenses done I really recommend them.
