Dont get me wrong, the optometrist is a lovely, kind, pleasant, and very thorough lady/doctor. I would never return because of the guy she has on staff. He was rude and dismissive, when I made my appointment...telling me that they were too busy to even take down the number of the Walmart vision center that did my last examination. Then I observed his behavior, when I was waiting to have my exam. He was quick to dump everything on the other girls. Sat in the back to play on the computer, although he was supposed to be doing work on it, he seemed to take his sweet time about it...while one girl took phone calls and helped walk-ins. Then, when I returned to order my contacts, I got stuck with him again. He was slow, asked me if I had insurance...even tho it was in the system from my exam, he couldnt be bothered to check...seemed pissed that I did have it, because he would have to be bothered to apply it toward my purchase. When I ask how long it would be, he said 5 to 7 business days, but "well call you when it comes in". Two weeks later, I called them. My order was in...I asked "why didnt I get a call telling me they were in, like I was told I would." The girl...who didnt originally answer the telephone said, "well, he just found the box he was looking for." ?!?!?!?!?!? That doesnt remotely answer my question. When I arrived later that day (after telling them I would be in to get them), I walked up to the counter. Same guy asks me what I need, I said "Im, Kim Smith, I am here to get my contacts." "Ok, have a seat"...although he was helping a customer, my contacts should have been bagged and ready to go. I had already paid for them. But NO! I had a seat and waited, while he SLOWLY helped the woman sitting there. Finally he go my stuff and put it in a bag in front of me. Didnt bother to offer to ask me to check if it was right. Then apologizes for the MISUNDERSTANDING. I said, "What misunderstanding? I understood YOU perfectly, when YOU said someone would call me when my order came in." He replied, "Well, thats what I meant, I am sorry I dont know what happened." I know exactly what happened. My order came in days earlier, and he tossed it aside, because he is a person, who cant be bothered to do his job. While he works there, I will never go there again...and I will tell anyone needing an eye exam to go elsewhere.

Im agreeing with the post underneath me. The guy,they have working their is very disrespectful and should have been unemployed. He answers the phone rude and always seem as if, hes tired or he just dont want to be there..then he never know any answers. You may calk and ask a question.. Hes like, oh idk, the doctor may tell you when you get here...what sense does it make to waste gas just to be turned around.. Thats the reason Im calling idiot...that vision center sucks and I would not refer anyone their
