Just went here with my brother to get his eye exam the staff did not speak after we said hello after asking for his insurance card they said that he wasnt covered and gave him a paper with a big "x" on it when he called they said he was covered it was just another company when we told the rep that she said oh still not covered when in fact he WAS they were rude and unhelpful so after they verified insurance we decided to leave because of the customer service

Just call Walmart in Morrow, GA to make an appointment for contact lens, the person (man) who answer the phone was so rude. I ask him did I call at a bad time and why do he have an attitude? He told me I can always call some other place. I cant believe the rude behavior. I will call back and speak to a manager.

Total RIP OFF... Doctor was over 30 mins late. They will only sell you their brand of Contact Lens which cost over $100 a box. They have two types to choose from. Do not go there total rip off. Dr. Michele Marzella is rude and does not do a good exam. She is a joke.

Wouldnt release prescription due to a follow up! What do I need a follow-up up for if I just had my eyes examined! Crazy!
