Appt times mean nothing, the optometrist doctor was rude, dressed in blues jeans and white trainers , very unprofessional looking, he insisted on an unnecessary eye dilation just to fill a prescription?!?!?! I guess means more money in his pocket. My advise to you would be to avoid this Lenscrafters location and find one with more positive reviews.

Alvin the manager treated us rude when we walked in. Said we cant exchange classes again when we never did. We got to the lady behind the counter and she was like no we dont do that. She looked at the file and said in so sorry ALVIN THE MANAGER TOLD ME TO NOT DEAL WITH YOU. So we got them exchanged and will never go back.

The staff was very friendly. Quietly atmosphere and they werent pushy salespeople when it came to what wanted to purchase. Will definitely be coming back to get some more frames cause my girlfriend loved a couple of them. A much more pleasant experience than the one I had at their Lenox Square location.

I made an appointment using their online application, received email confirmation and arrived on time for my appointment. They had arbitrarily moved the appointment an hour earlier and never contacted me. I will not be returning here.

I just called on the phone to this location and the sales associate was very nice and immediately assisted me with every question I asked. Ill be stopping by this afternoon to try out their same day glasses.
