This is a review on the GROOMING services of this location and nothing else. We have had now 2 BAD experiences. We have a puppy that is large and has a lot of energy but if you love on him he will be calm and well behaved. And yet they told us they would need to have us pay more next time because they needed two people to groom him. Ok. If two people were apparently grooming him, why is it the worst grooming job I have ever seen? His legs look like they didnt touch him, there is long groups of hair way longer than anything else. Hair hanging over the paws and roughing the floor. I dont think they ever roughed his ears and his tail (which I asked them to trim) was barely touched. Completely unacceptable when it costs that much money. Last month when he went in he received an a+ on his grooming and we were told he was a great dog, this time, different groomer and COMPLETELY different notes. Dont just tell me how horrible my dog is when I pick him up. I am paying you a LOT of money. No consistency. Poor customer service to owners and dogs alike. Sorely dissappointed and will not be going back.

Been taking my terrier to this store for grooming for several years now. Only twice now have I been disappointed. Nylia (I believe that is her name) was the groomer. She suggested that I not have any fur trimmed off her body, due to it being winter and they didnt have the shorter blades to do anything to her coat. I told them to leave the ear tassels alone, trim the tail, cut nails and clean the tops -- I was really disappointed to find the nail was not touched, there is fur covering her nails, and the inside of her ears were not cleaned out at all -- hair everywhere in her ears. I definitely will remember this groomer and will not be making any appointments with her. For the small bit that was done, my dog was there for 5 hours before they called to say she was finished. What a disappointment this visit was. Normally nice, but this particular groomer is not one I would advise anyone to use based on my experience twice with her now. I truly feel like I just wasted $32 for a fairly poor trim.

needed help with bird items a very sweet hispanic girl came to help her name i forgot but know it stared with an "A". she asked me if i needed help in anything i said yes told her i bought a new macaw and needed help picking out things for her, she told me her store manager knew a lot about big birds and had asked him to lend a hand with some good advice. needless to say he never came over so she took me to him to ask, he was the most rude and unprofessional person i have ever met! i thanked the girl and left my advice to any person is never ask buddy the store manager anything!! BUDDY CHILD SHOULD BE FIRED .. YOU CAN SEE HE IS RACIST TO PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT WHITE !!! and to the girl who helped me THANK YOU

Worst experience I have encountered with this location ever! It started with the sales clerk on the day of check in. Very rude and not customer service friendly. It was never you could bring their bedding and toys from home. I noticed another client checking in with their pet own personal property; so return home to get my pets own things so that they would have a reminder of home. Well when I pick them up today one bedding was ripped up from bottom to top and no one said anthing or noted in their report card. And one toy was missing. I returned to get missing toy and told the clerk about the torn bedding. Manager was paged but didnt come. I left and will never used this location again!

Very rude fish expert lady (always wearing the same black shirt) tanks are kept filthy and cloudy, very poor water conditions.the fish are feed weekend fish feeders (as what Ive seen them do all 3 times Ive been there) not API as listed on the wall, I always see dead fish in the aquariums, they dont even bother to remove them. Fish are so hungry they eat the dead ones. Also they are very overstocked they have maybe 20 fish in a 25 gallon section. I tried to buy a fish and they rejected me tryin to make me show proof that I have the proper tank and knowledge to care for them, their better of in my tanks than with petsmart

Before I decided to buy a fish I looked up information the following week. I went into the store to buy a gold fish, and a lady "helping me" asked me if I had a tank, and how many gallons it was. I told her I would buy it on their on the spot, and she did not properly address me like any other business person. She just told me no I cannot sell you the fish until you have the tank set up in a bit of a push/mean way. I was furious, but I understand her point. Maybe their employees should be NICER when giving information about fish to their customers.

I needed a hair cut for my dog and it was a last minute call. I spoke to Tiffany(one of the groomers) she made my appointment that same day. She was very kind and helpful. She also cut my dogs hair and it looks wonderful. She knew exactly what kind of cut that I want for my dog. Thank you so much Tiffany and Sarah for doing a great job on my little Cookie :) If anybody is looking for a haircut for your dogs and needed a late appointment or needed to get them in for a nail trim. I highly recommend everyone taking their dog there to be groom.

I usually go to Petsmart for all of my dogs grooming needs and I typically find that the experience is good. In this specific location as soon as you walk in the store smells like urine and in front where the dogs go to use the restroom is completely filled with poop and bags are empty. I am hoping that the general manager reads this and makes changes to make this Petsmart more inviting. As a general manager of my own retail department store I find that this type of feedback is always valuable to enhance the customer experience.

DO NOT turn your cat over to this Adoption Center. Linda Kreitinger, who ran the group, just had her home seized by Arlington Animal Control Center for hoarding of animals. Petsmart should be ashamed of themselves for not checking out BUDDIES PLACE RESCUE, which sponsored her. Almost all of the cats had to be put down because they were ill. I lost two of my cats, which I just gave to her four weeks ago. I am devastated. In fact, I would be leary of any group who operates out of Petsmart. Lois Lettini Arlington, TX
