Cant recommend the grooming. Our dog likes to struggle when having his nails done, hence we brought him in to have professionals do it (the "paw-dicure"). They were doing ok a few times. Then one time we noticed a) they didnt trim the front dew claws, b) didnt file down the front nails they trimmed, c) didnt even trim any of the back claws. Brought him back about 6-8 weeks later on a weekday to see if maybe theyll do a better job. Asked them specifically if the pawdicure covers all claws, including dew claws. They said "yes". We get our dog back... one of his front dew claws is once again not trimmed. All they did was barely file it down a bit. And, they didnt trim some of his back nails (didnt even bother filing them down, either). Were basically done with this place. If youre having issues with our pet, tell us and well understand. Hes a handful. But, dont do a half-assed service, charge us full price, then smile at us on the way out the door while we later inspect and notice all of the service wasnt done. The problem is this Petsmart is the only convenient place you can do walk-in pet grooming / nail trimming near by. (Hence why we gave them another shot). I guess they know that, hence they do half-assed work and smile at you knowing they screwed you as you walk out the door paying full price for half a job done. If I dont want to bring my pet here anymore, then I simply cant recommend them. Hence, 1 star. I can go buy pet supplies any place else. We mostly came for the grooming. So, grooming is bad, rating is bad.

***Grooming Dept*** Today I dropped my dog, Leo, off at Petsmart for a bath and cut and brought him back home like this...He was cut in several places while being shaved, but know one called to tell me. When I came to pick him up after 6pm today, Leo was brought to me like normal, but he was fighting me not to put him down. I knew something was wrong and looked him all over and found the wounds. The manager had me to take him to Banfield to get checked out and I was told that he had to keep this coller on for 7day because I have to put ointment on the wounds for 7days, or he could get an infection. The problem with this is.... I planned a last minute trip to the beach and he was going with me, and I was told he couldnt get wet... do anyone understand how pissed off I am?! I had to find someone to watch him because off all the events i scheduled i wouldnt be able to take care of him. I will NEVER have my baby groomed at this place ever again!!! They better be glad I dont sue them!! This isnt the first time this has happened. I wouldnt recommend them to my enemy. Leo has been crying since we got home.

This petsmart location in euless is really great. It is newly made so it is very clean, neat, and very well organized. The staff here are friendly and know a lot about pets and products. They are quick to find, quick to answer, and quick to checkout. If there are any lines they immediately call backup. And I really do think it is required for the staff to love pets to work there because I have never encountered an employee that didnt like pets. They are very sweet to my little pooches. About petsmart in general: The prices are in general cheaper than petco. If I could change anything it would be coupons. I wish they had more printable coupons. They used to have those "buy 20$ and get 5$ off" coupons a while back but I have not seen any lately. Also, I would change their online store shipping rule. They currently do a flat shipping rate IF you buy a certain amount but petco does free shipping if you buy a certain amount. Their collection is great and pretty big, but I wish they had even more (but that may just make me spoiled). Great store, great selection, great staff!! good job petsmart!

I should have known better... took my mini schnauzer (12lbs) to their grooming salon and was charged for a standard schnauzer... didnt catch the mishap the first time which was my mistake but I brought it up when taking him back was told he is considered a standard according to AKC standards. Told Jessica (the very rude girl helping me) that my vet follows those same guidelines and considers him a mini. She literally smug smiled, tilted her head back and forth, but said nothing. Who does that? Also want to mention that she was blown away that he was in their system as "salt and pepper" color. She apparently didnt realize thats an actual color of a dog. Let me remind you that this is a DOG GROOMER. She works with dogs every single day and doesnt know that salt and pepper is a color for a coat?! I didnt leave my dog and wont be going back. I recommend you double check what you are being charged because the store manager told us this has been an ongoing issue.

Great Customer Service in Grooming Department! We have taken our dog to this location for grooming for the past year, and the service has been fine...no problems. Yesterday, we took him and asked for the Top Dog package (for the first time) which included a lot of extras. We are not at all fussy people especially when it comes to our dog, but I just was not impressed at all. He came back wet, his claws seemed like they had been rushed-through, his ears were still dirty, and he didnt have the fresh scent spray or bandana they had told us were included. I called the next day (today), and they were very apologetic and let us bring him in to make it right. They did a wonderful job! He looks and smells great. I really appreciate their good customer service and effort toward excellence in their grooming services. We will continue using them! Very happy.

Awful, assembly line style grooming if you can even call it grooming. I dropped my dog off for a 2pm appointment only to call and check on him at 430pm because I was getting worried. I was told he was washed, wet, sitting in a kennel waiting to be dried. Give them 45 more min to an hour as she had 5 appointments going on. Finally around 538pm he was ready. I picked him up and he was still damp, cold to the touch, smelled like wet dog, couldnt wait to leave, and dirt still stuck in his fur on his front two legs. I was shocked and utterly disappointed. It was as if they just washed the top of him stuffed him in a cold kennel to air dry then blew dry him fast at the end. They did a very poor job especially for having him their for 4 hours and charging me 40$. Dont recommend it!

BEWARE! I can put half a star I would! Terrible grooming experience. I brought my Boxer pup to get groom for the very first time and come to find out the entire three hours my fur baby was there not one thing was done! I wasted my time driving there bc they were the only location open that day, my money. Luckily the Manager refunded the whole amount and apologize. I find out the girl ( Elizabeth) that was suppose to do the job didnt and my pup was just in a cage and left, just forgotten there!! I picked my baby up and noticed nothing was done. They admitted fault on they side, but I can trust them again!!!! What happen to professionalism, work ethic!! I cant not stand Pet Smart!
