Jason in Service has always been professional and has gone above and beyond to make sure I understand what is being done to our car. My car is there today and I guarantee I will have the same pleasant service as always. Keep up the great work Jason and the rest of the team at Lehman Volvo. After picking up my car after being fixed and costing over 1300 hundred dollars, I was off to run my errands. Parked car and couldnt get key out of ignition. That is why it went for repair. After going to my second stop and key wouldnt come out, I called Jason immediately in Service very upset. Jason asked me to bring car right back and said he had a car I could use for my inconvenience. I told Jason what I research and what needed done. He was familiar with the repair and agreed. Jason was not there during the initial appointment when I said what was happening. I still give a 5 star rating!!! Jason was so polite, calm, and refunded some money to me and promised he would make it right and he did. Thank you Jason and crew. I am very pleased. Nobody is perfect, but Lehman Service is pretty dang close.

My family has purchased a 2007 Volvo S80 V8 in cash from this dealer in 2010 which ended up having title issues Lehman refused to help us with. We recently moved back to York in 2015 and are reputable customers of Apples auto group buying 4 BMWs and 2 Fords within the past year. I have returned to this dealer multiple times in hope that the management may have changed and service was of better quality since we do love Volvos. I cannot say it has changed a bit. The employees hide in a room and absolutely refuse to approach new customers which has never been acceptable. I have already tried to purchase a new XC90 with a trade and recently attempted to purchase an S60 however once I left the dealer waiting on their follow up...NOTHING! I bought another car from apple that week. I am absolutely beside myself on how this dealer has a decent rating. I am 24 and have purchased more cars than most in their lifetime. Overall having contact with dealers from Hagerstown, Maryland to Philadelphia, PA from basic cars to super cars this dealer has been the absolute worst to us.

I am not prone to hyperbole but I will always pay tribute to a business when its deserved. Lehman Volvo far exceeded my expectations in every way. Starting with the sales manager Jim Slatt and salesman Bob Baker, the sales process was so respectful, efficient and easy! No endless back and forth, posturing, etc, etc, etc. The purchase agreement took no more than 5 minutes on the phone! They were able to secure just the right equipment and color S60 for me and at probably the best price in the nation! It was worth the flight in to BWI; where I was greeted by the wonderfully courteous driver Glen and, in very little time - save for a detailed intro to my Certified Pre-owned S60, I was on my way for the 400 mile trip home. Every staff member I met at Lehman Volvo was so friendly and willing to help and that included Jennifer Entler the Title Clerk, Darryl Markey Service and Wayne the car detailer. Most of the staff were Steeler fans and they didnt even give me grief for my allegiance to the Patriots :). Bravo everyone at Lehman Volvo!!

I personally love this place. Always has high quality parts. My concern however, is with Jason in service who seems to feel that he is above doing certain smaller services. I was told to take my business elsewhere because "he didnt wanna do that". I never expected this level of unprofessionalism after having my car serviced there multiple times. I will definitely continue to buy parts from here but will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Very efficient and professional in the way they handled the purchase of our 2016 Certified S80 Volvo. Paperwork thoroughly prepared and car was waiting in the showroom...which was very impressive. Bob went over all the features of the car and took his time to make sure we understood everything. Great service where we get a loaner car delivered to us. Love working with such a professional dealership and one that places their customers first.

Way over priced get you in with free appointment only vehicle checks then diagnostics need to be run for a few hundred dollars then they charge even more to work on. Not rich then dont go to volvo
