If you are in the market for a used vehicle, you have to check out Miracle Motor Mart! (ASK FOR BILLY omg such a good guy!!!). He works at the Morse Rd location but he can work with you at the E Main location too so make sure you call or speak with him before heading over there. Billy is NOT pushy (and neither are the other reps) and was the first sales rep id encountered who didnt stalk me on the lot! He was patient and didnt push me to do anything I didnt feel comfortable with. After I found the right car, Zack in financing went to work and got me an amazing rate and payment UNDER my max price!!!!! What car dealer does that??? MIRACLE DOES!!! His rate was a full percent lower than any others I checked out....that is seriously HUGE!!!!!!! Im in sales myself (realtor) so I know my expectations for service are probably a bit higher than most, but Billy and Zack never showed a bit of frustration towards me and did an excellent job validating my point of view and resolved each and any concern or question I asked, was resolved and answered quickly and fully! No half truths at Miracle that is for sure! Pricing is below most all other used car dealers I checked out, and for those who like the peace of mind associated with a certified used car, Miracle provides a comparable alternative called the "used car inspection" which covers basically the same areas as certified. They will fix, repair and maintenance the vehicle as part of the contract and cover the cost of Inspection, maintenance or whatever else needs addressed. Still skeptical? Bring in a trusted mechanic if you want - Miracle doesnt try to hide a thing and pointed out little items I didnt even notice myself and I certainly wouldnt have been able to find them on my own. The inspection on my car yielded brand new rotors and breaks (both axels), oil/filter change, wiper blades changed, 30k mile recommended service per Infiniti maintenance and gave me "at cost" pricing on 4 new tires (tires still had life so it was a choice to replace or theyd have replaced those too Im sure!). As someone who has been in sales for nearly a decade, I work with people I like, make me feel like a priority and earn my trust. Billy and Zack far surpassed even my high expectations and if youd like to put my review to the test, pull up their site and see for yourself. Theyve got a FREE CAR FAX REPORT THAT YOU CAN REVIEW ONLINE, For EVERY CAR on their lot. Even when a car has been in an accident or failed emissions testing in another state, or any other negative content that might hinder the sale, youll find it on their site via the FREE report, without the need to step foot on the lot or even pick up the phone! Try them out for yourself - Im confident youll be just as satisfied as I have been and dont forget to ASK FOR BILLY! :)

My wife and I have been looking to update our 2006 Town & Country van with a newer model. After visiting several dealerships and hearing time after time, "we just sold that one yesterday; this morning; or five minutes ago," we finally found a dealership with several to choose from at an affordable price. When I met Bob Diebold, I knew right away he was a normal, genuinely kind person, and dare I say, honest. He didn’t try to pressure us into anything. He simply showed us many options to choose from, and proceeded to try getting us into the vehicle my wife and four children needed, instead of pulling up a new Mustang; which has happened elsewhere. I was on the fence with several vans, but Bob and Zack (Sales Mgr) were incredibly patient and never showed any frustration with my pacing the showroom floor, looks of anxiety, and walking the lot; not to mention being invaded by our four kids. Zack Ludle, the Sales manager is also a great person to talk with that you feel is genuinely trying to help you; not just make a sale. I would recommend this group of professionals, especially Rob Diebold and Zack Ludle, to anyone that wants an unusually pleasant buying experience with people of integrity. With their help (and God’s grace), we were able to get into the newer van perfectly matched to our family. I sincerely feel like we have friends in the car sales business that we can go to with confidence and trust. My whole family says, Thank-you.

I recently had the worst experience with miracle motor mart. I bought a car from them about three months ago and I have had nothing but problems with my car and the dealership. For starters Destry, salesman that help us seemed to have no idea what he was doing. After a couple of weeks of having the car the dealership called me saying they needed all this documentation that I already gave to them when I bought the car. I had to send in countless documention of the same information over and over and I had to go in to mircal motor mart to keep signing new documemtaions. Not only did I have to deal with that for the first month I had the car, I also had to take my car in multiple times into a mechanic for various things that was wrong. After paying so much money on this car that I have only had for three months I called back into Mircal motor mart and told them about my situation. They said I could come in and trade my car for a different one with no fees attached. I went in today to trade my car in and they told me in order to trade cars I would have to spend more money on a down payment and if I didnt there was nothing they could do. I will never buy a car from Mirical Motor Mart. They are the worst dealership I have ever gotten a car from.

Everything, Miracle Motor Mart, Is buy far the best, most kindness, knowledgeable, respectful, and family oriented dealership i have ever been too. My dealer Joe Cockrell weant above and beyond my expectations. He worked so hard for me that he eben stayed later past his shift. The dealership was very nice clean place. All the cars was exceptionally clean and well taken care of. Miracle Motor Mart definitely dose take care of not only there customers but there cars before and after every sell. I bought my 2009 honda civic from Joe Cockrell at Miracle Motor Mart on Morris Rd. I absolutely do recommend anyone to go see Joe Cockrell for your next car. Or you simply are looking for a truly great dealership, you will never be disappointed with your decision going to Miracle Motor Mart. As a U.S. Marine i give anyone my word, and swear by Miracle Motor Mart. They do treat all there customers with Simper Fi (always faithful). I cant say thank you enough to everyone at Miracle Motor Mart. Thank you so very much Joe Cockrell. You have my upmost respect and friendship. I will most definitely be a returning customer for my next car purchase.

Robert Lyles and Scott Newpoff both made my 2015 Jeep Patriot purchase experience flawless and smooth. My husband and I arrived wanting a 2015 Jeep Patriot with specifications. Robert Lyles was the most knowledgeable and easy going person and very friendly. We felt very comfortable with Robert. He made sure that he got me the exact vehicle that I wanted and not to try push another vehicle to me. I have had instances with other people that are out to make a sale but not Robert Lyles ir Miracle Motir Mart. They are not car salesmen to me at all. Robert was a guide to me and helper . He didnt try to sell me a car.....He helped me find the car that I wanted . Scott Newpoff was my fiancé guy. He made sure that the financing went smoothly with no surprises. He explained all the paperwork and answered all questions. My husband and I were so very happy that we will continue to do business with Robert Lykes , Scott Newpoff and Miracle Motor Mart for all of our automobile s.
