Excellent customer service throughout the store! My best review is of their bakery. I have had several cakes done from large kid birthday parties to small celebrations and all the cakes are delicious! We had to order a cake at the last minute and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. They always take my detailed orders without complaints and are executed as I described. Love that you can place an order with only one day advance notice and reasonably priced. Cons: Cake decorating designs vary by location and there is no online ordering for the El Paso area.

A while back ago at the deli me and my wife were going to buy meat from the deli and this lady was just being soo rude and making comments like if we were just wasting her time... All i asked was wich meat was more popular or would she Recommend me ,She had an ugly attitude ,Not only that to top it all off the restroom was all coverd in used toilet papers, had urine all over the floor, I couldnt even walk without feeling the bottom of my shoes sticky ,I go to albertsons for the quality of the food and enviorment, but forget it never again

I love Albertsons I like going to this one but their prices are really gone they think theyre the most glamorous store out there and theyre not the prices need to come down some and be more competitive used to be where they compare prices and if theres something Rings up wrong youll get you free nowadays they dont ignore it and the sackers they act like they dont see you and then walk away or theyre too busy doing something else

I always buy the pies n cakes they have behind the glass counter. Its disapointing when the custard fruit tarts are broken and missing parts of the crust. It happens toi many times i go. Some workers in that department do not know how to properly pack the pies and will give you the wrong container, leaving you to struggle to balance the pie so it doesnt slide onto the other side of the container and break!!!

Its nice to have a grocery store not connected to a clothing store automotive and garden center the size of a few football stadiums. Smaller but it has better quality on many of the items it sells. The employees also are super nice unlike competitors.

Friendly cashiers , clean environment, awesome produce tempting pastry, delicious deli food. I never struggle to find what I need. I get great deals on the groceries and pharmaceutical is awesome all around. Very happy with the store.

Long lines. Not following their "threes a crowd" policy. Had more than 6 persons waiting for each register(only three open at 7pm on a Monday). Cashier said they did not have staff to open more registers. Disappointing
