Was great as pro ranch market.. I dont know what happened when el super bought it everything that made this store what it was is now gone.. from the sculptures on the isles to the beer section that had towers of beer and signs of your favorite wine or beverage that just made it feel more welcoming .. this store does not feel authentic anymore all the way down to the employees telling me the owners took out the lonches which were my favorite thing about going there .if you enjoyed pro ranch market for the smells and vibes and just gathering there to eat and great with loved ones like I did hopefully your experience is not soured like mine was coming in after the buyout and remodel only to find everything I loved about my favorite supermarket was changed and or rid of. El paso does not need another big 8 or lowes it needs what its " had" since pro ranch opened.

You now have to bag your own groceries, which have always been overpriced here. I went here days ago, and a big, fat, bald idiot wearing a uniform told me that I couldnt go in with my backpack. This wasnt the case before, so Walmart and Target gained new customers, myself included. From what I understand, the owners are from Mexico, and they changed the name and practices in order to take advantage of loop holes and pay less money to the government. There is no customer service here. As far as the big, fat, worthless, bald idiot is concerned, remember that you are getting paid peanuts to do a crappy job. My job is pretty cool, and I definitely get paid more than you. Always remember that.

I took my family togo eat the parillada dinner (choice of meat 4 baked potatoes, 4 cups of beans, and cebollitas) first off the meat was cold, as well as the beans which only had about 20 beans, the potatoes were like golf ball sized, the tortillas were stuck together, the cebollitas were chopped onion. to top it off the menu says it comes with salad and choice of dressing which we didint get, when we asked about it to the cashier she said let me get my manager which never got there.... i will not eat there again i would rather drive the extra miles togo the other Ranch Market and its suppose to be the newest fancy one on Yarbrough..

My last visit to store was a couple of years ago and I enjoyed the traditional Mexico atmosphere with music n concession stands with variety foods, Mexican candies ,excellent prices on vegetables and fruits and the pastries!OMG!delicious. .....but today I saw a different name atmosphere was quiet cold, dull, and very americanised it was like shopping at at a small typical store was very ,very dissapointed.will not go there again.and I have relatives in Arizona that when they travel n pass El Paso they looked forward to the old store and they were disappointed also will not shop there again.........

Prices are good in certain things. Now you better be careful with the prices that you paid. Because they dont remove the signs from the sales that they had before. You and the pain twice the price. About the Fish Department ,they still fried the fish. But you better be prepared to have overcook fish. And the salad bar did they used to have to be able to eat it there ; is no longer available. Now they dont want to give you lemons and hot sauce to go with it. To me it was much better before.

Horrible customer service. I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to stop chatting with her friend and take my order. Then I went to buy some sour cream and I asked for some from the counter and the old lady behind the counter told me to get it from the little cooler they have in front of the counter. I couldnt find it and she YELL at me "its the yellow one, cant you see it?" I just left. Im not going to buy anything from there ever again and Im asking everyone I know to do the same.

Seems a bit more organized and definitely more lit than when it was Ranch Market. The specials are still the same, and the layout is moved around but still basically the same. The workers seemed to have learned some English from when I visited last, so thats a plus. You cannot get money orders here anymore though. I used to be able to get my MOs here for $.10 each, now I gotta pay $.99 at Circle K. Its okay though. The specials on meats and fruits make up for it.

Staff had not finished putting out pastries when I arrived. Waited patiently in line to ask for one of the pastries they had not even put out. The woman working the counter did not even listen to what I asked and just pointed me to the display racks. Last time I ever get goodies for coworkers from that place. When you can get service it is lackadaisical, they are not even prepared to handle a small lunch crowd. Go elsewhere.

Two words....Customer Service. I am sure the folks at Pros Ranch do not know those words even exist. Horrible service especially with the cashiers!!! If you enjoy rude and face making folks, this is the place to be. In todayss econmony when people should be greatful for having a job....you always have others who do not appreciate life and that they have a JOB..... Terrible experience even with some of the managers.

Horrible place since the change from Rancho market to El super market.. bought some tamales because I always loved their tamales, however this time the tamales were hard and old. I even got horrible customer service, the lady was real rude just because we asked for another tamale! I dont recommend this place anymore. Horrible employees and horrible products!

Went to the Cocina to buy some tacos and enchiladas, lady who served our food had a nasty attitude, we asked a question about the plates and she seemed annoyed by it, she even threw my enchiladas onto the tray and some of the cheese went flying out of the plate.. If you dont like your job, then dont work there. But overall, good store, variety of options.

No me gusta q uno mismo tenga q empaquetar sus cosas pues hay gente enferma o de la tercera edad q no pueden y eso hace q este mas tiempo uno ahi esperando.

I had a bad experience and one complaint with the bakery department because the prices changed. I got a small tiny cake for $149.99 which I ordered in advance for my daughters 15th birthday. It was not the cake I expected to receive. The bakery is not the same. Nor the store is the same. New corporation. New owners. The prices went up.

If this is the same Ranch Markets in Phoenix it has the greatest food around. It really is like the Disneyland of Latino food. The shrimp ceviche on tostadas was awesome. The auga frescas were really good. The tortas were the good, but the Chile Verde was the best. Great Food the best tortillas anywhere
