Very slow staff. I had to wait in line for 25 minutes with only 3 people in front of me. Then they couldnt figure out how to get my 10% discount to come off. In all I was there for 45 minutes to get 1 pair of shoes that I picked out in 2 minutes.

very rude customer service at checkout !!! I also never heard of a shoe store not even willing to have shoes come in from another one of their stores even when wanting to purchase more then one shoe and they said the York store had in stock

I would like to shop local and give them my money, but I save a lot more on the same brands shopping online. Nowadays its all about family budgeting. Super Shoes has price their way out of my budget.
