I would strongly recommend NOT going with this company to get a vehicle. Ive had none stop problems with my vehicle since Ive bought it from them. Recently, its been the same reoccurring issue that they cant seem to fix for some reason. Ive taken my car to service over and over and over again.. And we still havent gotten any results. Whats worse, is they keep charging me every time I take the car in even though it hasnt been fixed! Ive begged them to help me. I told them Im making payments on my car every 2 weeks just like everyone else, and I shouldnt be having this many problems with a car I havent even had that long. You know what they told me? To be more Specific, Matt the Manager and Melissa (I guess the assistant manager) brought me in a room and told me "well maybe its time to part ways with JD Byrider" what?! I cant believe a company who is supposed to be taking care of my vehicle, suggested that I ruin my credit because they cant fix a vehicle thats still under warrenty with them! I cant do a trade in with another company because everyones saying my car is worthless. I asked them, "well what else can I do? The vehicles very unsafe and Im worried I could get in an accident" you know what these people told me.. Matt, who is the manager! Told me, "well people die in car accidents every day" wow. First of all, that was a very very unprofessional comment to make. Second, hes fully aware that my vehicle is unsafe "which is a breach of contract by the way" but instead of correcting the issue hes basically saying its not their fault if something should happen. Im still making payments on the vehicle, Im paying for insurance, and Im constantly paying them for repairs that are in no way helping my car.. And its not the companies responsibility? So now today, what a surprise my car started acting up again. I called service, and told them the cars STILL messing up. You told me you guys fixed it, AGAIN! Yet, its still doing the same exact thing. To clarify, my steering wheel starts locking up, my car jerks forward as Im accelerating, my whole car starts shaking, my check engine light starts flickering on and off, my power steering warning light starts flickering on and off, the gauge readers on my dashboard start moving up and down, my cars "Low Fuel" warning light will start beeping even though I have a full tank of gas, my speedometer will start going higher and lower even though Im going a constant speed, just recently my headlights started flickering on and off, and sometimes the car will actually just turn off WHILE IM DRIVING! Which all of these issues are safety hazards by the way. Im not sure what theyre doing, but whenever they claim to fix my car, it drives fine for a few days then starts messing up again. I cant take it to another mechanic because last time I suggested that, they tried asking if Ive taken it to another mechanic because "maybe they messed something up" Haha.. No. It was just a suggestion because you apparently have no idea what your doing. I have every right to be upset. Ive been completely disrespected and customer service and professionalism is strongly lacking at this company. Im going to start putting a review EVERY TIME I take my vehicle into service so everyone can know excatly how this company handles these problems and how they treat their customers. Getting a vehicle from this company is one of my biggest regrets. But I will not ruin my credit because you cant do you job right. Get ready to see more reviews from me! Ive been very patient with them and now Im just fed up.

I purchased a vehicle from this place. J.D. Byrider financed it at around 11,000.00 under CNAC DPAC ACCEPTANCE LTD. and I took to trade in to another dealership just out of curiosity and they appraised the vehicle at that its not worth anymore than 1000.00 so I contacted J.D. Byrider to ask when can I trade in this vehicle and they responded that I have to keep my vehicle for two years before I can trade it in with them. Keep in mind my monthly payments are around 400.00 a month. By time 2 years are up my vehicle prob wont be worth but pennies. Glad they helped me get into a vehicle but extremely high interest. I even put 1000.00 down on this vehicle. Smh?! SALES & CNAC MON-FRI 900A-800P, SAT 900A-600P, SUN CLOSED. SERVICE MON-FRI 800A-500P, SAT-SUN CLOSED.

Ok we really appreciate the help we got from Jd Byrider, on another note didnt appreciate the help We got from an employee name Grace Soto, my son is applying for a job and called to get his licence plate # he cant remember cause he just recieved his plates and theyre new, she said she had other things to do why couldnt he go outside and get it himself, first off if it was that easy he would have, second off were downtown 14 floors up and the vehicle is 2 blocks away... I never knew anyone to be so rude and as part of her job i doubt it involves questioning customers to that kind of matter..Poor customer service if you ask me.. they will be hearing from me again about this issue..

Worked with Avery! He was so patient and sweet! He even stayed after closing hours to make sure that we walked off the lot with a car! We were in desperate need of a car. While EVERYONE else turned us away, Avery said he could make it happen! But, so did all the others. The difference was he actually went over and beyond for us. We truly appreciate all that he did for us, and it resulted in our new baby that we love so much! I recommend first time car buyers, people who are frustrated because no one else will approve you, and people in the market for used cars period! Great quality cars, with warranty included! Go give it a try with Avery !!

Went to visit jd byrider today and although it is not originally the store im purchasing my vehicle from this location has always been great to me i would like to say thanks to Richard in the service department and of course to all his technicians he has working on getting these vehicles what ever maintenance they require also to Aaron the technician that worked on my truck today Thanks again yall . its always a pleasure and for the service yall provide i would undoubtedly recommend jd byrider to anyone in the market for a vehicle!!! My husband and I purchased a truck from JD Byryder. The salesman, David and the finance lady, Melissa were BOTH well aware that we dont have a bank account to make payments from so they BOTH suggested a buying a prepaid card to make our payments from. So we purchased a prepaid visa card and went in to make our 1st payment.. NOW THEY SAY THEY DONT ACCEPT PREPAID CARDS. Wow. This is going to make us late on our payment because my husband put his entire pay check on the prepaid card. It takes 7-10 days for Visa to send us a refund. Either way we are screwed ALL BECAUSE OF MISINFORMATION! THANKS GUYS..

Just a great and wonderful place to go when you are just starting out or have bad credit or no credit and here it will be helping you build up your credit. They took the time to really help me and get me into my 2010 Ford Focus which I am loving... If anyone is looking for something go ask for Avery K. Cobb cant miss him the only one with the black cowboy hat.. Avery K. Cobb I would like to say ty very much for doing all you said you were going to do so I could walk out and drive away with my car..
