Great Customer Service. I went to look at a Jeep that they recently received. They let me test drive it, take it to my mechanic and had the AutoCheck already for me to look at. I have been to other dealerships where I have been pulled around, trying to sell me vehicles I dont want and came off shady and pushy. Crenwelge Motors respected my time and answered all of my questions. I was already pre-approved for a loan through my bank and they took the time to see if they can get me a better APR, which they did. I am always skeptical about buying a car from a dealership however, Crenwelge is a franchise dealership that exudes honesty and professionalism, which is very important. Great personalities and respectable business. If you are looking for a place to do business with I highly recommend Crenwelge Motors. I wasnt able to buy the Jeep until the weekend and they were kind enough to hold the jeep and get it ready for me. The drive is worth the time. You will feel secure and comfortable after making a deal with them.

Ive been using Crenwelge for service work for the last 5 years and my last two experiences have changed my outlook on the business. Late last year I had to schedule my Ram 2500 for recall service work and it took over 2 months for them to schedule and complete the recall work. I was rescheduled multiple times until they finally completed the recall work. Several months ago my battery died and they agreed to replace it under the basic warranty. During the process of replacing the battery the service department hit the front left quarter panel of my truck and left a noticeable dent. I pointed it out to the service manager and he initially denied it. I explained that my truck was immaculate since it had been completely repaired on their property recently for hail damage within the last month. After being given a run around and told that a manager would take care of it I have received no resolution. Ive called and dropped by multiple times and nobody has even been slightly interested to help me.

I was on my way back from colorado when my esc and abs and airbag light came on. Transmission was also acting funny. When i got back into town i drove it straight there. Within an hour or so Steve called me and told me i needed a new transmission. He also told me that because i used superchips to set my tire size, i voided the warranty. So i came out of pocket $4100. The problem is still happening. Also when i got home i realized something was missing. I had a $200 flashlight which was placed between the center console and the passenger seat....where it always was. When i asked Steve about it, he told me that no one had even been on the passenger side of my Jeep and that it would probably come up. He said come back in a couple days. This has been a horrible experience for me as Steve continues blowing me off. Currently my Jeep is being looked at by a real professional. So basically i paid 4100 for nothing and to be stolen from. Feb 2016 I bought a 2009 Chevrolet Silverado with 98,xxx miles, a beautiful truck, one owner, very well maintained. At least I thought. Fast forward 6 months later Aug 2016, the engine starts knocking and burning oil. I go back to Crenwelge to see if these guys could help me out with my situation, of course they said my only option would be a brand new Ram. After looking at the numbers we both agreed that I couldnt afford it and that they couldnt do anything else but suggested that I get a loan out for a new engine, $6,000 +. So why not just buy another truck instead of getting a loan out for that ridiculous amount, so I did and thanks to Nyle Maxwell CDJ in Austin they put me in a 2013 Ram 1500 Laramie with a 48k mile bumper to bumper warranty and they also took that p.o.s. Chevy that Crenwelge sold me with no problem. All within 2 hours. I use to support local but not anymore.

I was very pleased with Crenwelge Motors. My sales associate was Jesse and he showed me several cars and helped me find a car that was much more than I was hoping to get with my budget. He was low pressure and answered all questions I asked without skirting the question.The car purchase at Crenwelge Motors was very personable friendly. I have called Jesse 4 times asking questions about service and options and each time he has not hesitated to quickly get me answers. The best car purchase experience I have ever had (I have purchased 6 new cars and 2 used from dealerships over my lifetime). I also visited Cecil Atkission Motors and Ken Stoepel Ford dealerships in my search and experienced high pressure and few answers to my questions, I was very disappointed with both Cecil Atkission Motors and Ken Stoepel Ford dealerships customer service.

I first inquired online for a 2009 Jaguar XF in which it took only a matter of minutes for Jim Cole from the dealership to contact me. He was quick to offer details and pictures that werent displayed yet due to them just receiving the vehicle. Jim was accommodating in every way while even helping us out with renting a vehicle from Enterprise so that my wife and I could drive down to look at the Jaguar. Prior to visiting the dealership Jim had already helped me get pre approved and all paperwork done so that if I had liked the vehicle when seeing it in person then it would only take minutes to be able to drive it from the dealership. We absolutely love our Jaguar and we highly recommend Crenwelge Motors.

Jim Cole did an outstanding job. Im active duty military in the Air Force and Jim really went out of his way to bend over backwards for us. He was very quick to respond to my wifes questions, gave lots of pictures, and even went so far as to hold the car for us as we drove all the way down from Oklahoma City to get to Kerrville to look at the car. He was honest about the blemishes on the used car and easy to talk to. I never felt pressured to pay for extra services. He was open to negotiating the price. He wasnt scared to let us do a full test drive of the vehicle to make sure we were happy. Overall, this was a great car buying experience. Cheers
