Well well well they took my review off. Couldnt let the public see such unprofessional almost mob like tactics. This is a crooked car sales business if ever there was one. This "Top Notch" car more like junk cars is the worse place anyone can buy. Cars break down after a couple weeks you cant afford to fix you dont make a payment for 2 days late they repo and you get screwed by the money you loose for down payment and when they collect at collections. They have it going. Need to put these scum bags out of business. They take advantage of the poor. Thats their target. Stay away. Youll be sorry. I give them 5 stars so this review well be posted. Lol if i give low stars itll never get posted. Ha ha ha suckers. Then i just noticed my last review is here but under someone else name isnt that weird. Omg you closed its about time. This place screwed lots of people including myself personally out $1900 down payment on a PIECE of junk car. Broke down matter of days owning it. You dumb asses wouldnt do anything but repo the car after being a couple days late. Ill never forget or forgive what you did to me. Im on disability took me 4 months walking saving up for that down payment which you took and sold me junk. Terrible business practices.

I went in with a lot of promises over the phone then because we had not changed over our driver license from Tx to Colorado yet said they were going to charge an extra 800 dollars down . So I said fine I will go get my license changed to Colorado they said it did not matter now that it was going to be that much because we HAD Tx license regardless if we came back with one from Co....so I guess they were just discriminating us because we are from Texas ?!?!?! Not to mention the car that they said was mechanically sound had transmission problems, break problems and a horrible smell coming from the car also once they realized that we were not going to be paying the extra 800 they just were snobbish and rude !!! do not get from this company they are shady, discriminatory and there cars are broken crap!!! oh and there was another family there that had a shot engine that had just purchased the car so looks like we are not alone sooo glade we did not get a car from them!

I put 3000 dollars down on a car and the minute i drove it off the lot the engine light and ims light went on. I couldnt go back because they were closed. Found out it was the hybrid battery and it would cost more than 3000 to fix it. They refused to fix it and said it was now my problem but expected remaining payments on a car that i wouldnt be able to drive and then had the nerve to repo the car when i was in springs with my 8 year old son for his birthday and left me 2 hours away from home stranded. This place is a rip off and the most terrible people to deal with. This is how they make their money by taking down payments and repossessing cars after a month late and reselling bad cars. I would never recommend this place. I cant believe they are even able to sell cars!!!!

They said they had their mechanic look at a jeep I purchased. When we drove it it ran good but I could feel a miss at the stop light, I asked them to have the mechanic fix it. They said ok and called their mechanic and he had an attitude as soon as the salesman told him what i said. The mechanic explained to me thats how they run and walked away. I trusted his word and four days after buying the jeep it broke down on a trip to California. I called Mikie at top notch to ask for reimbursement and or help but she said "sorry pal"

I bought a car that went to pieces in two weeks. Top. Notch wouldnt do anything for me. Im on disability and cant afford to have a car that requires lots of work. They wouldnt do any thing for the car or me. $1900 Im out. Took me two months to come up with that. Its crazy this place is still open. I recommend you go to discount motors. Theyre professional and well fix anything wrong with car. I tried posting this earlier but they blockedy post.

Good service walked on lot with little cash found a suburban with a small down payment and drove off in it in less than a couple hours hassle and stress free. Have been late on my payments several times and they have worked with me. Came to get the truck one time because I was months behind and yes I had to pay it up but he did not take it and waited on me when he did not have to.

Can I please have my car back!!! I have insurance if you would of waited 2 more minutes for me to come out of our friends house we would of had the proof. When I do talk to yous you will see it was active as of 01/09/2016 please give me my car with no towing expense. My insurance was suppose to send you the policy for it.

The people were nice, however the vehicle they sold me is a piece of dirt....I dont recommend them AT ALL take your money somewhere else, cuz now Im stuck paying for a car that is gonna cost as much as I owe to fix it. And they dont do anything for you or the car...they just want their money!!!!

Bought a very hard to find Toyota Tundra from these guys. Had a great, no hassle buying experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I always get a kick out of the people complaining about this business, it always seems to be someone getting their car repod.

I dont even want to mark 1 star. These people are crooks and liars! They broke into my property and several air tools are now missing, while attempting a repossession of my granddaughters car. They suck!!! I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.
