The guys at Thompson were easy to work with and I feel as if I got a fair deal on the truck I purchased. I basically paid blue book value for the vehicle and it also came with a secondary set of rims and tires which was nice. The problem Im having is that they told me they would mail me the title within 10 days and it has been a month, still no title. The vehicle I purchased was missing the jack and jack accessories. They told me they would send me one. Again, 30 days have gone by and still no jack. I live several hours away so Im relying on their word of sending me those items. Even though Im experiencing some negatives with Thompson I would still recommend their lot to friends and family. I feel as if they sell respectable vehicles at a fair price.

Although they do have great customer service I did buy a lemon I have had my wrx for 4 months 1 of the months it just sat and after gathering the money 2 of the months it was in the shop due to it braking down on me as soon as I got it back 4 days later I was driving to down the highway and the motor siezed I did buy the car no warranty which was a dumb mistake and have never been so financially stressed at the age of 19 I do not have 6000 for a engine and I still owe 12000 on the car I am litteraly stuck with something I can not drive and have never been so stressed in my life

Great experience with these Guys! Tim was fair and willing to negotiate. We got a amazing jeep, loaded with extras, that no other dealer could match. Completed all within a 1/2 day, traveled from out of state to get it, paperwork was ready to go and was out within 15 minutes! No pressure from these guys, offered extended warranty but didnt mention but once. Dont have to worry about hidden fees, simple and efficient! Wouldnt hesitate traveling again to them for another vehicle. Great job all around!

With this being my first time car buying experience, I was a little skeptical of many dealerships. Thompson was one of the only dealerships I found with good reviews within a short driving distance from Denver. I am really happy I made the trip out to buy my 2005 Subaru Forester. They are two brothers who put no pressure on me and agreed to what I wanted my car to be traded in for. They even gave me a brand new battery on the spot! Seriously, go here for one of the few honest dealerships around.

Couldnt be happier with my experience at Thompson auto sales! Bought a 2013 jeep there and there is a great family owned and run feel. The jeep had an issue with the engine and they worked incredibly hard to get it fixed and even gave me a jeep to drive while it was getting fixed. Highly encourage anyone whos looking for a sweet car at a great price to go here. Youll be much happier with Thompson auto sales than a big dealership.

They were the only dealer within 200 miles that had the car I wanted. They were able to hold the car for a day until I could make it there and tbe car was exactly as described. They were no nonsense and countered my offer with a price I felt was completely reasonable. It was an easy fast experience. In and out so quick there was no need to even sit down. Great experience from a professional team who take care of their customers. I recently bought a Jeep Rubicon from them and had a maintenance issue upon driving the vehicle home. One of the managers and mechanics drove an hour to my house and fixed the jeep in a timely manner, bringing the parts needed for the job! One of the best experiences at a dealer. A+

They sold me a solid truck, and that is it. They have zero customer service. The truck was dirty, they didnt fill up my gas tank, and their where dead bugs all over the windsheild. I love the truck. Its too bad they are like all other used car sales men Ive encountered that only want to close the sale.
