I came to look at trying to trade in a vehicle that was damaged by hail. I was told there was too much damage and I owed to much to trade in prior to fixing it. I completely understood and left happy, the following week I got a phone call asking if I could get a co signer. I said yes and offere the co signers information, all this was done through the email. I was asked to drive 30 minutes to look at vehicles, and that we were just waiting on the bank to tell me which one I would be approved for. Well we were waiting the sells rep Raymond Harris replied to me within minutes. Im guessing I was never approved since I never got another email. I sent 5 emails trying to confirm either way. All emails got ignored, so once they find out you are not approved they ignore you. Funny thing is my grandmother sent me a significant down payment that was originally asked for, that would of got me a car. I was just waiting on a answer if that way was going to work or not.. before offering the down payment.. so since the company wants to ignore there customers once they think they wont get approved.. I will go elsewhere.. dont leave a customer hanging, atleast tell them they werent approved.. I am active duty military and will ensure all active duty on ft carson knows my experience as well..... Update: even with I guess multiple contacts. It was not hard for this company to contact me prior to the outcome, and after this review.. talking about slandering there business. I have never left a bad review on a company. However this is here to leave reviews good or bad. Im just giving my experience, does not reflect other people experience. I feel that due to what happened. They helped me out great while trying to get approved. Once they concluded that they wouldnt make money from me, they blew me off, and left me hanging. 5 emails were sent in 3 days. Once again this was my experience..

I sent this to michele at your on line service and never heard back.............. First let me start with I bought the truch from you guys as you know and I love it. Now all the specials on service you have NEVER include diesels. Had my oil done there and you are about 20.00 more than Spradley because of coupons, oil,lube and filter 89.00. Now the real thing had a ck enging light come on in feb.made an appointment wil you guys waited 4 hrs after that time was told it was a blowen turbo and could not drive it,had to call my wife to come and get me (we live in westcliffe) next day i called and they said not the turbo only a module so we drive back down and all is fine other than it could been done the first day. Now on tuesday of last week the 17th i brought it in for my premade appointment at 12:00 , was there 20 min. early, waited 3 hrs. to finaly have someone tell me it was the same problem as in feb.(now i dont know how that could be because in feb. it went into limp mode at first and last week only the light came on with no other issues) anyway i was told it could be 2-3 more hours before the tech could chech it out. Why even make an appointment, the day will be over before anything could be done. So this all said you will Never see me again in you dealership,and all this waiting with no unairconditing in the waiting room. COME ON !!!!!! P.S. we will be looking for a new truck in the spring but going to the springs for that........... Steve

I have a friend that got her car a month ago and she is still being ordered by the sales person not the finance person, that papers are still needed to fund the car...a month later mind you... So she called the bank to find out what the problem was. The bank states the car is funded....hmmmmm then why all this run around when it was not needed....what did the dealership need financial statements for when the bank cleared it for funding. She had to drive numerous times to the dealership which is 45 minutes from where she lives and had to do so because the car needed major work done to it. Well she waited and waited for the part to come in and now they are saying, when she gets her car fixed it is all on her to figure out a car situation so she can drive to work....it dose not take a brain surgeon to figure out these people have no idea what is going on...or do they. Warning, stay far away from this dealership.

Our automobile purchase experience at Wilcoxson Buick was likely the best we have ever had. Our salesperson, Ray Harris, was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He took a great deal of time just to talk to us and answer our many questions. Besides being knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in, he also gave us information we needed to understand end of lease issues. This was critical for us as we were 5 months out from the end of the car we were currently driving. Had Ray not taken the time to explain this to us we would not now be driving our new AWD Buick Encore. Also, thanks to General Manager, A.J. for working through the end of lease/trade-in issues. These people are wonderful and treat customers the way you would hope. Never was there any high pressure. What a relief. Would highly recommend shopping Wilcoxson.

1st off had a paid off Nissan Titan and 2010 comaro still paying on it . put both down on a 2008 Ford power stroke had it 4 two days broke on me so they fixed it next day come out to start it wont start call they say bring it down cant it my only car had to pay to get a jump take it down tell them Im done with this truck give me something else so they did (and put new bully bars on it 250$ )GMC 2010 blue book 19900 charge me 2500 for the Ford I had for a week on top of the 25000for the GMC wasnt told about the extra 2500 so take the truck home trany starts making noise so had to take it in now its been 3 weeks still no truck wilcoxson nightmare. If you read this and want to talk to me please call the only 1 that will talk to me is (Ray great guy )

Everyone was extremely helpful - AJ & Justin did an incredible job. There was no high pressure, they were more interested in making sure I had the right vehicle and was satisfied than just getting me into a vehicle. The finance process was the smoothest Ive ever been through. It was well worth the 45 minute drive from Colorado Springs. I would recommend to anyone that they should take the time to go and see what Wilcoxson can do. I wont even mind the drive to have all my service taken care of by them.

Have a 2014 CTS-V. Car had some hydraulic clutch issues. Ron the service manager ordered the parts right away. They had me done in two days. Justin, one of the senior mechanics was very thorough with the car. Even showed me various things about the car during the maintenance. All great service from a small dealership. I was very surprised. They are top notch. I would consider buying a truck there because their customer service dept was that good. But I like my V. ;-) Thanks Wilcoxson!.
