Clean, organized, polite and helpful staff, % off days for senior citizens, students and veterans, Sunday is half off one one ticket color and 99 vents on another and there is a chance to "round up to the nearest dollar for feeding the hungry. This is one of my fave stores in Monroeville.

Compared to other Goodwills this one is on the dirty side. Lets screening on the clothes and shoes but a better selection because of it. Stuff is usually friendly. Focus of this smaller store is adult clothing. Very small amount of household items and books again compared to other Goodwills

Always a color of the month that is 50%off, high turn over, books, fitting rooms, but no returns. They used to fill a rack with the color of the month, but stopped to bad I enjoyed the streamline shopping it provided.

I bought a dresser here and was told it was OK to pick up the next day. Well next day came and they sold the dresser to someone else. Granted got my money back but really wanted the dresser I bought.

This is a great place to find purses, clothes and coffee mug. There seems to be an abundance of these items there.
