FIVE STARS ***** I have always wanted a Harley Davidson Motorcycle and after several years of dreaming about it, I finally went to the Republic Harley Davidson store in Stafford Texas. Upon entering the store, I gave a man at the counter a list of what I wanted in a bike, He then introduced me to a salesman by the name of Don Strouse. Don was a great salesman and a very nice man, he took the time with me to find out exactly what I wanted in a bike. He asked if I was open to look at different Harley Davidson models and of course I was! Don showed me a few models of Harley Davidsons motorcycles, but I had my heart set on a soft tail slim with many accessories. Don then took me around to other bikes with similar accessories that I wanted on my bike, just to make sure that the fit for me was what I wanted. After deciding exactly what I wanted on my bike, Don then took me to the parts counter supervisor by the name of Brandon Burson. I found Brandon to be very cool and very knowledgeable about everything Harley Davidson and very helpful in everything I wanted on my bike. He took the time to go over many options of all the accessories that I wanted on my bike. Brandon looked up everything I wanted and explained everything in great detail to me. My experience at Republic Harley Davidson was excellent, with the help of a great staff at Republic Harley Davidson, I have now got the bike of my dream. Thanks to great people like Don Strouse and Brandon Burson. I would also like to thank Joey Hardy central manager and Katelynn Cotton of finance. I have met some real good people at Republic Harley Davidson in Stafford Texas and I think I have met some real friends there as well. Thank You All. Terry

I happened to be in town from New Orleans for an unrelated function, and have been in the market for my first Harley Davidson motorcycle. It had been a dream of mine since I was a kid to own one of these legendary machines I had grown up around, and idolizing. I heard of a couple brand new Street Glides at Republic and decided to just give them a look see. What I found was a team that wasnt just hell bent on selling a motorcycle, but a team that was willing to listen to, and understand the needs of the customer. EJ, Scot, Elliott, and Matt were phenomenal in this regard. Thanks to their hard work, just shy of my 30th birthday, I rolled out with a 2016 Street Glide Special that day. But it didnt stop there.... Knowing I had traveled there, and knowing I had to travel back, both Elliott and EJ reached out to me the Tuesday after the sale to make sure that all went well on my travel home (theres only one way to get a Harley home, and thats to ride her.). They both advised me to contact them with any questions, or concerns. Which to me says a lot about not only their professionalism, but their customer relations. It would be easier for them just to let me call my home shop, and whatever, they got their money. Not the case in this situation. I have been to Harley Dealerships all over the Gulf South US, but these guys are definitely at the top, and I would encourage anyone to contact EJ, Scot, or Elliott when purchasing. Congratulations on your first sale EJ. I hope you see many more, I have no doubt you will, youre a good dude. Thank you guys again, Brian Canepa

So a handful of months ago I was talking to Rynden out at Republic about the latest VRod and at some point I mentioned a specific year and color scheme that I loved. I decided at the end of the day that I wasnt going to buy a 2017 and wanted to hold out for the specific one I really wanted. I watched Republics used inventory and kept in touch with Rynden for the next few months. Rynden was good at checking in with me and sending me bikes that fit my search criteria, but I just couldnt convince myself to pull the trigger one one that wasnt exactly what I wanted. Then one day he called instead of texting, when I answered he was ecstatic and told me "bro, I have your dream bike right here in front of me. Its exactly what you are looking for." Told me all about it and sent me pictures. There are a few reasons this stands out. I had been searching for this exact bike for about 2 years, and the other reason is that Rynden remembered a conversation we had 3 or so months prior and kept his word to call me with exactly what I wanted. I cant say enough good about my experience with Rynden and Republic. As an added bonus, whenever I go back in for something, the guys remember me and visit for a few minutes even though they know Im just there to show off and not to buy anything major.

Hello I am a costumer with Harley Davidson and I need to complaint about something. I got my motorcycle about 3 months ago and the first motorcycle I bought was the iron 883 and I have a down payment of $3,000 and I had that one for about 2 months. I changed the motorcycle for a Dyna Street Bod and I have a down payment for $2,200 and the sales person and the manager both promised me the first oil change free and $100 for accessories and another $100 for the shop. About 2 weeks ago I went to the dealer and went straight to the shop so they could change my oil and when the bike was ready I told them that was the first oil change and they told me they where going to check in the system because they where not sure, they told me that they didnt have any paper work saying that the first oil change was free. I asked for the sales person and unfortunately he had lost his live two weeks prior my visit to the dealer. I talk to the general manager and he ignored me and said that they are not going to do that and I had to pay the first oil change, Which they had promised me. As a client I felt really uncomfortable by the way the general manager treated me.

I have been a customer at republic Harley Davidson for many years now and I bought my wide glide there. The first reason I went there was because it was in my neighborhood but the experience and the people there made it the reason that I dont go anywhere else, there was no pressure when I looked around for my bike . My salesman was quick along with the finance guys to get me deal done and work the best deal I could get, it was so good that I sent at least 8 of my friends there to buy bike and they did. But dont let me leave out my parts guy Brandon this guy will trip you out with what this guy knows, he is quick and knowledgable about their products. I can go in there with some half way explanation about what part I think I need and he understands my gibberish and spits out part numbers without looking in the parts book and suggests awesome upgrades he will help you make that bike uniquely yours . I just like going up there hanging out with the guys up there that I now consider my friends. I WILL BUY MY NEXT BIKE AT REPUBLIC HARLEY DAVIDSON
