Ive been a loyal on-line shopper of Jensons for a while now, but this time I had the pleasure to visit the Corona store. I ordered a bike on-line, and had it shipped to the store. When I visited the store, there was another bike on display which made my heart beat extra fast. I was already picking up the bike, didnt want to make a fuss, so off I went w/my new bike, still thinking of this beauty on display. I wasnt 100% in love with the new bike so I took my chances and went to see if I could exchange it. The service I received was second to none, I work in Customer Service and I know when a company puts their customers first. All that is left to say is a huge Thank you to Jensons in Corona for facilitating me with my dream bike! The manager, and staff were top notch to deal with. In just 20 minutes, I was leaving the store happier than a kid in a candy store.

I had a trip planned to Oregon with my Pugsley when i discovered that my chain, chain rings and sprocket were bad. I needed the stuff quickly, but did not want to pay next day shipping, so since I live in Sacramento I went to Jenson, who is of course, also in California. The thing I hate about most sites is that they take so long to just ship the items, and even if they are close they take forever to get the stuff to me. I have an Alfine hub and needed the sprocket for it, and like usual Jenson had it. They also had a closeout deal on a great chain-ring. Well the girl in customer service was awesome and made sure the order shipped the very next day. As a result I got it a day early! Kudos to Jenson.

What an awesome bike store. They have the low prices of an internet retailer with the awesome service from a top notch bike shop. I was there recently and an employee spent about 10 minutes with me telling me how to do a certain repair myself. Most bike shops discourage their customers from doing their own repairs because theyd rather make the money by doing the service themselves. The people at Jenson are just helpful, period. It is easily the single best bike store Ive ever been to. I cant say enough good things about my experiences with them.

First time to order from Jenson. Placed order on 11/23, showed GUARANTEED to be delivered by 12/1, nothing by 12/3 so I called and they were out of the pedals (which were in stock when ordered) asked if I would upgrade to another pedal...so I did. The shoes and socks from the order showed up 12/8. I called again and they had other missing items from my order and still has not sent...I canceled and will never go back. Got a new bike almost 3 weeks ago now and have not been able to ride due to NO PEDALS! Sad, very sad service....

I had an order that was messed up from Jenson USA but it was not their fault. It cause me to mis a ride, and then when I got on the trial had some issues. I emailed them and they went above and beyond to fix the failed product. I couldnt believe it how good their customer service is. The new product came super quick too, in time for the next weekend ride! Jarrod Jakubiak helped make up for the mistake and turn me into a devoted Jenson customer! Thank you guys!!!

The Jenson USA website does not indicate when an item is not in stock, not on the webpage and not in the shopping cart. I got back ordered on an urgently needed part. I never would have ordered if I knew the part was not in stock. This set me back almost two weeks with repairs to my bike. It was also added to the shipping cost when only half the order was shipped. They used to be my go to store but I will not be back. Inexcusable.

Jenson has been my favorite bicycle shop for many years. I even purchased parts there that my brother couldnt get at his bike shop. Thanks to Jenson I was able to get a new Made in USA Intense 29er, I love it. They have a great team that enjoys what they do. I will always be a customer and hopefully now that I live closer I can ride with them.

Great shop with good prices and knowledgeable employees. They also sell everything made in the universe for bikes. Their mechanics are squared away too. I broke my chain out in sycamore canyon and pushed it over to the warehouse. One of the IT guys who worked there ran in the back and grabbed me a chain link and helped me install it.

The people working here are very helpful. I purchased a bike from them 2 months ago and the bike had developed a creak in the stem/steerer tube area. I walked in without an appointment and they took it apart, greased it and gave it back to me right away at no charge. Great service!

They are always at least 1 week out on anything that needs to be mechanically fixed, especially simple things. I have been told multiple times now to go to a specialized dealer to get simple things like spokes fixed. They have lost out on $100s from me.
