Mark and his staff are knowledgeble and able to fix anything from the simple to the elusive. Example, I had a clicking sound whenever I applied the front brakes. I took it to a chain bike shop near my office and they charged me to remove "metal build up" in my pads. On my first ride the noise was still there so I didnt go back. Instead I stopped in to see Mark and his crew and they diagnosed it as a dry headset. After a quick lube my favorite road bike was good as new. They have fixed other quirky problems for me since and their drive train cleaning is the best in the area. I highly recommend their shops.

Owner and mechanics are very friendly, my mtb shifter cable snapped and Mechanic Julio fixed it within minutes. I thought I would have to leave the bike for a few hours to be fixed. Also did not have to pay extra for express service. This is the only bike shop I trust to service my bike.

This is by far the best bike shop I have ever been to! The knowledgeable staff provides fast & friendly service, while the store is clean and well organized. The staff also listens to the customers, and they do everything they can to make sure all youre cycling needs are taken care of.

The service and the help is outstanding but the bikes are overpriced. Ive gone to competitior bike/cyclery shops and some of the selections were much cheaper whilst still brand new.
