I am very impressed with the customer service and overall quality of this place. As others are saying the owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. I feel like he has my best interest in mind and not looking to just make a quick buck. I have been here a few times now and every time i am getting A+ service. I like to think of my self as a good shopper so i am always comparing prices and just about everything i have gotten from him has been about the same price i can find at amazon, The different is the quality of the items and the service. For all my bike need i am going to try this place first and if for some reason he cant help me then ill look elsewhere.

Top Notch Bike Shop, We got my Dad a tricycle to replace the one that was stolen, with the help of the citizens of Norco we were able to up grade it to a electric power assisted bike. The Owner went over and beyond the call of duty to have it ready for his Birthday Party at the Water Wheel on 6th Street in Norco. Thank You Tony, All the Folks at the Water Wheel, our Neighbors for their collection, anyone I missed and my Helga.

We took in two nice bikes that had rusted due to being outside during the rain. We took them in the day before we were scheduled to go on vacation and they fixed them up quickly and thoroughly. They called us for suggestions for other things that were needing replacements. We were able to leave on time and take our repaired bikes out that looked and worked great!

Walked in and was quickly told I was going to have to spend +$300 for a road bike. Staff is very short with you once he realizes your not going to be buying a bike from him. Dont walk in unless you want to spend serious money. Ive walked in on 3 separate occasions, staff is always like this it seems. Does not do bike fittings.

I went in to get some information on a future purchase and was greeted by a knowledgeable store associate or the owner, I want sure. He took the time to explain the different types of bicycles. The store seemed very well stocked. I will definitely return for a purchase at this store.

What I like about this bike shop is customer service, and excellent selection. You just dont get the same level of customer care at big box stores. I.e sports chalet. I am glad norco has a bike shop like this.
