We bought a brand new Fisher Paykel dishdrawer that was defective. I called the store and they told me they would get a technician to call me back and even placed an escalation on it. No phone call back after two full days. I called the person who sold us the product and he told me to call Fisher Paykel directly. Basically I have been waiting around for two days for someone to call me back when all along I could have called Fisher Paykel. When I called to complain the woman at Pacific sales told me it is protocol to use their service first (Geek Squad) before contacting the manufacturer directly. The man who sold us the product told me I could have called Fisher Paykel initially. If I was advised of this right away I would have my dish washer fixed by now! Their "so called protocol" only inconvenienced me more! Anyway, bad experience all the way around with buying a very expensive defective product coupled with poor customer service!

Horrible. Bought 2 refrigerators, a stove and dishwasher. Refrigerator conked out about 25 days after we bought it. Pacific Sales only sells. They dont help you at all. You have to wait a week or two while your appliance manufacturer decides to come out. Pretty inconvenient without a refrigerator. If you ask if you can bring the appliance back, the answer is maybe but we wont give you anything for it.

Service here is hit or miss. Sometimes they are friendly and sometimes it feels like they just want you to order and get the heck out of their store. The latter was our experience during our last visit. Obviously we left without ordering and went somewhere else to spend the $1,500+ on new appliances. Thats how it goes. Youre not the only game in town. Not by a long shot.

The staff at Pacific Sales Redwood City have been wonderful and very accommodating throughout a complicated long process of decision making and remodeling, interrupted by life. Aurelio in plumbing, Mike in appliances and Rosie, in customer service could not have been more helpful throughout the process. We are very happy with the end results.

Selection is a little more than other local options. Pricing is artificially high on some items expecting a price match. Sale items are competitively priced to move.
