***UPDATE*** Since my orig post they have since corrected the issues that occurred. The reg Steven was the savior in this and my family owe him many thanks. I am however highly disappointed that it took me posting on several sites to get help from store level. Anyway, my damaged flooring and washer issue was taken care of. Not sure if id ever spend a dime here again though. Again, THANK YOU STEVEN. If there was a minus option Id pick that! THEY ARE DISHONEST, DISRESPECTFUL, AND WORTHLESS. DONT FALL FOR THEIR WARRANTY LIES EITHER! ADAM IS COCKY AND RUDE. ALL OF THE STAFF IVE HAD INTERACTIONS WITH ARE WORTHLESS. THEY CHARGED ME WRONG THEN GET RUDE WITH ME BECAUSE, I COULD NOT DROP EVERYTHING I WAS DOING TO GO BACK SO THEY COULD FIX THEIR MISTAKE. THEN THEY TRY TO PASS OFF THE THE WRONG ITEM TO ME AND THEN SEND A REFERB WASHER THAT WAS SO BAD THE REPAIR TECH COULD NOT BELIEVE THEY SOLD IT TO SOMEONE! FIRST OF ALL IT WAS NOT SUPPOSED TOO BE A REFERB. NOW MY BRAND NEW FLOOR IN MY LAUNDRY ROOM IS RUINED! I STILL HAVE THE PEICE OF JUNK IN MY HOUSE AND THEY ARE GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND! SCAM ARTIST.

We bought a front loading LG washer and dryer last year from Sears Outlet. Be prepared to do your own research based on whats in stock. Unfortunately, you cannot depend on a brand name to determine quality since most brands offer good, better, and best series and it can be difficult to distinguish between them. The sales person was helpful but not terribly knowledgeable about the inventory. We came armed with consumer reports reviews so we were able to confirm what models received good reviews. The unit the salesperson recommended received mediocre reviews. The units we ended up buying were an excellent value and have performed without issue for over a year. We also purchased delivery, instillation, and removal of the old units. It was very affordable, (I think $60 for both units) they were on time, courteous and managed to get the units downstairs with 1 inch of clearance in the stairwell. Even if you have a truck and several strong friends I think this was well worth the money. We are very satisfied with our purchase and will start our hunt for future appliances here too.

Came in here to browse around. Within five minutes I had the pleasure of two associates sitting on the couches playing on their cell phones. Made eye contact with them several times. No one asked me if i was doing okay. Finally had to ask to use the fitting room because there was no one in that half of the store. As one unlocked it, the other sat on the end cap near the floor. Granted this store is quiet but i also got to listen to an associate take a phone call from a customer that sounded like she had paid for an item and didnt want to pick it up. Got to listen to her complain about that after a huge "uuuugh" sigh, then complained about the customer, then her personal life to another associate. Im sure they have decent items and prices, but I wont know because I wont be back. I do have to say, I assume she was the manager who helped us. She was very prompt and attentive, and everyone seemed to do their job when she was around.

Return policy is a joke.. They try to tell you they will not take returns after 3 days.. We bought a dryer that stopped working after 4 days when I called they said I could not return it and I had to call a 1-800 number for a repairman to come out to my house. I again explained I was returning it. The managed was very rude on the phone and told me I could only exchange it. When I got to the store and told them I had a return they brought me to a cash register in the back of the store.. So no one buying items can see them doing a return transaction..

Associate was very unhelpful and even said my product was not sold there despite their website saying it was ready and waiting. Associate spoke in fake accent over the phone and incorrectly told me the store hours. If I didnt need my purchase so badly I might have thought it was funny, but it was very important to me and the employees made a single, simple purchase impossible.

Went in to purchase a lawnmower they had online for $191.00. When I arrived it was now $275. I discussed the price difference from their advertised price and their store price and they quickly took care of the discrepancy and honored the online price. The customer service was friendly and prompt and I appreciated their professional manner of business...

Over price for damaged goods some prices higher than brand new. The sales man did not know anything about the appliances he was selling. Just came from Sears and so I know what the prices are there. Almost nothing was marked down.

There was a time where the Sears Outlet would have a lot of clothing for men , but not any more but for women they have plenty . They do have appliances, exercise equipment some tools and bunch of mattresses

Beware! Read the return policy before purchasing anything. Even though they say satisfaction is guaranteed, you cannot return anything unless a Sears technician determines the appliance is unservicable.
