Horrible experience and a complete waist of my time. First of all they say bad credit ok, no credit check, bankruptcy ok etc... They say that will get you approved. They didnt get me approved. Which is why Im writing this review. From walking in the door, it was an unpleasant experience, I waited almost 20 minutes before anyone spoke to me, then salesman saw me waiting and decided to help me. He wanted me to fill out a reference sheet. Why? I have no idea. I hadnt even seen the car yet or any particular car. Their supposed to show you a car or cars, then if you like it, Get you approved. This was so not the case. My daughter is moving back to Houston to live with me and I needed reliable transportation. They did little to help. Instead they pulled up a bankruptcy I filed for in 2007. Thats almost 8 or 9 years ago. Discharged done and over with. Shouldnt even be on my credit anymore. But thats another story. Point is they said Bankruptcy is ok. They say they finance your future, not your past. All turned out to be a lie. My salesman didnt even seem motivated to sell me a car. They sent me on my way saying sorry they cant help me. I went to another dealership and they approved me in 30 minutes and got me into a newer car with less miles than the one these people couldnt approve me for. No thanks to these people I now have a 2011 Malibu with 80,000 miles. Much better than there 09 with over 100,000 miles. I will never tell any of my family or friends to go here because they waist peoples time. Whats funny is that I got me to get a car where I got mines, So mi tierra auto sales actually lost two customers when you think about it. Im sure they will respond saying to contact their sales manager for any problems. Why? If you couldnt handle business correctly while I was there, why would I call back up there? Already bought a vehicle. On an upside, they had some decent looking vehicles. They just wouldnt sell me one of them.

"Referral Gone Wrong" This is the absolute worse place to purchase anything from. If you are dealing with them, do as I have done and am about to do again and complain to the BBB. Make sure you keep your records!! Again...make sure you keep your records!!! Someone is constantly harassing me by TEXT to pay when I have already paid! EVERY month, I have to send receipts to show I paid BEFORE the due date. What type of accounting system do they have? This is why I send all correspondence to all three credit bureaus and the BBB because they have the nerve to try to report late payments due to their inadequate accounting practices. Like other reviewers have stated, my vehicle was (is) crap! Less than 24 hours after I had the vehicle it shut off completely. then when they "fixed" it, the vehicle began to lose power (in traffic, on the freeway) and they refused to take responsibility. HELLO!! What about the 6 month warranty? Someone gave kudos to Marco Flores? Please tell me why? First of all he told me some lame story about a special for people with an 800 credit score (which I did not ask about). Obviously someone with that score doesnt need your assistance getting into a vehicle. Duh! AND he gave me the run around until my warranty had expired so that all expenses would be out of pocket. And get this...they gave me an aftermarket key so the chip fell out and I couldnt start my vehicle. Oh but its okay...they were willing to LOAN me a key for $300. WHAT??? Who does that? I paid less than that by calling a locksmith and having a real key made. NEVER EVER EVER EVER got to Mi Tierra Auto Sales. I wish I had never been referred to this "business". They are crooks! We need to get the word out and put them out of business. If not, at least make such an impact that they straighten up and fly right.

Experiencia no buena fui a ver una carro llamé para pedir información y les dije de donde venía la señorita bueno y llegar al dialers no estaba y me atendió un flaco prieto estupid no pregunto nada solo todos lo solicitado dije si ( pregunto de donde vengo casi dos horas de aquí solo dijo deje pregunto y regresó dijo no se puede por que solo cubre el área de houston y le dije hey por eso hablé con tiempo para no dar la vuelta en vano y contesto no se puede y le dije la neta no Valen madre por eso hable para no perder mi tienpo así que no lo recomiendo por su actitud estúpida y prepotente babosos pues a mi Raquel a mi me dijo bengase con los requisitos dije ok antes de ir hablé otra ves y contestó Liliana esta bien y resultó Que ninguna estaba por que les dije de donde venía y dijeron no ay problema y no pongan anuncios si no cumplen

DO not BUY a CAR from here I REPEAT DONOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE absolutely HORRIBLE car dealership the PEPOLE working here are all smiles till you sign that paper work .... Cars are in HORRIBLE condition they will BRAKE DOWN in the first month and them when you ask them to use the weranty they will do about anything not to help you and then sceduell for matanince 3 mounths in advance then when you done made more problems. Because they dont offer rentals or another CAR they say ANYTHING to get out of it with the car they will work on it for weeks weeks and tell you "well we have so many cars to FIX sorry." how many hunk cars are they weessalling out of here... and then dont let nothing bad happen to you like a flood and not be able to go to work cause the dont think thats an emergency and will refuse to help with an exstintion no one is ever there in charge to help you they will give you the run around and then disable your viechle on the road while your trying to go pay it and they will not turn them on ounce u pay it online and will not take it over the phone and dont care if ur disabled vichle means that you cant go to work now .....so plz stay away !!wish I never ever walked in to this terrible place plz save your self the headake and pain and money... All thell do is say were sorry but will never FIX the problem .

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE IT WILL SAVE YOU MONEY TIME AND A HEADACHE FROM DAY ONE I HAVE HAD A ISSUE WITH MY CAR IT BROKE DOWN THE DAY AFTER I DROVE IT OFF THE LOT THE AIR HAS NEVER WORKED AND ALL THEY DO IS HOUND YOU ABOUT A CAR NOTE SOME HOW I PAY MY CAR NOTE EVERY TWO WEEKS ON SATURDAY BUT I always get a call from them on Thursday asking when will I be able to come in and pay when its not even due yet Ive only had my car for 5 months and the engine blew out so I call them to let them know of this and Jose in service ask me did I get the oil changed and do I have receipts I tell him yes he tell me he cant give me a estimate until I show proof I got the oil changed which I did provide so as of today he called me and told me that I drove more then the 6000 miles on the warranty and that to fix the car it will be 2200 dollars and after I got that called I get a call again two days before my note is due asking when Im I going to pay lets not forget I havent had the car in my possession for almost 3 weeks now I will be taking my money else where AND YOU SHOULD TOO!!!
