I just stopped in there to browse around one day and a certain truck cought my eye so I went in to talk to them about it. Keep in mind this was my first time buying a vehicle from a car lot so I needed someone honest and not a run of the mill used car salesman and honesty is exactly what I got with Matt. I was surprised when the salesman Matt Billings told me that he didnt want to sell me that truck. When I asked why he said that it had high mileage and he had some other vehicles that were lower in mileage that he could get me in (with my bad credit) and would be more reliable and that he was most likely going to let that truck go to auction rather than sell it and take the chance on a customer deal with the common issues of a high mileage vehicle. That took me by complete surprise because he could have very well taken advantage of the situation to make money knowing that I was after that vehicle in particular. He was after customer satisfaction more than just to make a few bucks. Even with my minimal car lot experience I know that is rare to find at a used car dealership. After explaining to him that I am an auto mechanic and I also work for a company that deals in auto parts so fixing the truck if it broke wouldnt be a problem for me he hesitantly decided to sell me the truck and even got me a monthly payment that was way under what I had in mind for my budget.(I pretty much said I didnt want any other truck than that one. Lol) He even suggested that I drive it to a shop and have them check it out before I buy just to make sure it was good. I have been driving the truck for a couple weeks now and still love it. Its a king ranch for Christ sakes so who wouldnt!?! Lol. So I guess what Im trying to say is that if you are looking for a vehicle and you dont want to get ripped off because you have bad credit or you are concerned about skeezy car salesman just trying to make as much as they can off of you then by all means go and see the folks at Auto Ranch. I personally dealt with Matt so thats who I would suggest but all of them seemed very nice. Im usually too lazy to write reviews but in this case I felt that these guys deserved it. I am overly satisfied with my purchase and hopefully this will help others that are hesitant to go to a used car dealership. I know for sure that these guys can be trusted. I also found out that a few other friends of mine have purchased a vehicle from there and they also have been very satisfied.

Everytime I go to auto ranch I have a wonderful experience. I have bought two amazing vehicles from there and I must say they never disappoint! Matt has been an awesome guy to work with he helped me buy my first vehicle there a very clean mercedes e320 that I loved and then after a year and a half it was wrecked so I called matt to tell him what I was looking for and at that time they didnt have anything that I liked so after a few weeks matt called and said I have your new car here you are going to like it its you. So i took a look on the computer and I loved it and matt started the whole deal for me while I was working and I dropped by to take a look and I loved the car and signed paperwork and I was driving my new car in less than 10 mins!! Thanks auto ranch crew for all your help you definitely have a customer for life and Thanks Matt! For hooking me up with my clean car I really appreciate it!

I do not recommend this place at all. We have an issue with my tahoe I just bought not even 3 weeks ago. The seat belt wasnt anchor to any safety points on the tahoe. I know this for a fact due to my son was sitting in that seat belt. When I brought it to their attention they really didnt express any concerns. They didnt not want to a safety inspection on the vehicle after I requested from them. I ask for my money back and they said no. So now they decide to take it to get it fix after all this. I do not recommend this place at all. I do not feel it is safe for my kids to ride in the vehicle as of right now. I gave this place a shot due to all the good thing I had heard about this place but now I know only people will say good things with out telling the bad. This is my story for everyone to tell.

This place is truly amazing. After having bad luck with several different car dealers, we decided to give this place a shot since it was on our way home. I am so glad I did because this place was a God send. Not only did he take us in 10 minutes before closing, Joey went above and beyond, and found the perfect truck for my husband and had us in and out within 90 minutes! Wow! He was never pushy, like some of those used car dealers are. I have never had such a smooth experience purchasing a vehicle! I am truly impressed and would highly recommend anyone to give this place a try. You wont be disappointed! Thanks so much again for everything!

Everything seemed fine from the beginning, I went in and test drove the car I was interested in. The car was in great condition and drove amazing. However, the salesman I was working with became unresponsive. We were working on getting with my bank to try to get a loan and he kept telling me he was waiting on a response from them, that was a week ago and since then I have called 3 times and I am told he is busy and never get a returned call. Guess they dont want the business.

Joey Salazar,hes a great person to talk to ,he we will help you ,and he is a very polite gentleman,you can test drive anything on there lot,you have questions he has the answers,Ive bought a very nice 2008 Chevy uplander from bulls auto,he met my familys needs,we love ,it has plenty room for the kids,they love watching movies on there built-in DVD player,it keeps the kids busy while Im driving,thanks bulls auto,for your help,now I can work on my credit once again.

I bought a truck from these guys and my check engine light came on a week after I bought it. I took it back and they fixed it along with another minor problem. I was pretty heated but, to their credit, they fixed it no questions asked. I would say that I will buy my next car from them. They are good people and did not screw me! I would recommend to anybody!
