These ppl are amazing!! I was hoping & praying I wouldnt have to pay an arm & a leg for a pair of glasses,and wound up leaving with not just ONE pair of awesome glasses but TWO for a measley few more dollars!! I compared prices with Walmart and was SHOCKED that even their eye exam is more than the Dr.s next door to Eyemart Express.And,you get your glasses the SAME day.I got mine within the hour.Walmart has to be mailed off & u wait.Im not trying 2 be mean & bash Walmart,even tho it sounds like it.But my first instinct would be to go to Walmart cuz they are often cheaper on certain things than any other place.But NOT in the vision dept.Also I just basically described to the guy(Christopher)@ Eyemart Exp. what I wanted in a pair of glasses and its like he read my mind.I had two pair picked out within a matter of minutes.I barely could see with the glasses I had before,and when I put the glasses on when I came back for the fitting I was in tears because I could actually SEE for a change!! I could finally read things on signs REALLY far away for a change.Thank you ALL at Eyemart Express...especially the optition (Christopher) that was had so much patience with me and helped me find the awesome 2 pair of glasses that I thought would take 1/2 a day to find because of my pickyness.God Bless all of you hard workers there that actually care about what you want to spend and take their time to make sure you leave happy.Im still on cloud 9.Thanks Eyemart Express!!!!

I have gone through TSO before and had a long wait time for exam, the staff were too pushy while I selected the frames I liked and then I had to wait weeks for glasses. At Eyemart, I expected the same but was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted as soon as I came in by Uzi; he was friendly and helpful. He looked up my insurance information and told me exactly what would and would not be covered and always reiterated what difference would be out of pocket. He left me alone to look for frames I liked and just said "let me know if you need help". And then when I found what I liked it took 15 minutes to order. I assumed theyd call me in a few weeks when my order came back but they have a lab on site and I got a text saying my glasses were ready as soon as I got home. Ill be picking them up after my toddler naps lol. So far... the best experience Ive had buying glasses thus far. Ive been wearing glasses since age 9; I am now 30... I will definitely only come back here. Thanks for the great customer service Uzi!

The bridge of my prescription glasses broke while I was in Texas. I stopped in Eyemart Express at the recommendation of my mother. It was a Saturday and the place was full of customers. My daughter went to Starbucks after dropping me off. I was given a number and while I waited for my turn, I browsed the store to (hopefully) find a similar frame that would work with my prescription lenses. I found a couple possibilities and then they called my number, so I went to the desk and the man took my lenses and popped them into a frame that was a fraction of the cost of my broken Ray Ban frame. Turns out, like them better and they feel much more sturdy. About the time he was ringing up my charges, my daughter drove up. I couldnt believe it - I was in and out of there in the time it takes to pour a cup of coffee. Great service and great frames and a great price. I would say Id go back, but it would be a long trip from Beautiful Downtown Burbank.

Ive worn glasses about twenty years. Im not new to the glasses game -- and this place is hands down the absolute best. I came here to help my mom buy a new pair of glasses and the experience was top notch. The Pros of this place: the staff is efficient and very professional, the price is incredibly affordable in terms of frames and lenses, the entire process from picking them out to taking them home took in UNDER an hour, and the selection is very large. They also texted when the glasses were completed, which was nice. The one Con was that the line was a bit long, but hey, when you have this kind of product and service -- I dont blame half of Tyler showing up there. Ive paid much more for much less. I couldnt recommend this place any more than I do.

I pretty much had to find the glasses myself. It was a self-serve type place for a full service price-$400 for a pair of glasses. The manager came and asked me if someone was helping me because I stood there alone. I was kind of stuck. The girl that was "helping" was doing something else but stopped to see what I would say. Now what? Putting the customer in a triangle between a micro-manager and a dingbat sales girl (stress the word "girl") is a poor position in which to put the customer. This is the first and last time Ill shop there. Id even pay an extra $100 for better "wow" power. Tsk, tsk..it looks like they hire untrained people and then leave them that way, but get angry at them when they flub up. Uhg.

Im happy! I lost my glasses so I went here because they advertise glasses within hours. The only downside is they are popular, so there was a wait to see a staffer to put in the order, using the prescription I brought in. When you enter, you give your name, then spend the wait time choosing from their great stock of frames.After the order is in, they text you when the glasses are ready. I chose frames for $49 with bifocal lenses, lightweight and scratch proof. Total $159, and ready in 39 minutes. Some more wait time to pick up and do fitting. I had them loosen them a bit for me. I think you can have the eye exam there also, so they are really full service, same day.

Went in to get 2 pair of glasses. 1 progressive and 1 sun glass. Told Robin I wanted plastic nose pieces on both. No problem, she wrote it on the order. I mentioned it again, 2 more times. Told her I wanted darkest tint on sun glasses. No problem. Then they texted they were ready. Went to get them. Not ready yet. Got them. No plastic nose pieces. Guy says, we dont carry plastic. Robin says, they came with plastic, you asked to change to silicone. Flat out lie. Sun glass time. Clear glass. No tint. Will be 15 minutes. Come back, Robin says, oh, they put # 2 tint. Should be #3. My last glasses I got from Ragsdale&Martin. My next ones will be from them too.

The staff was very helpful, and even made several frame recommendations based on what I was looking for, and all within my price range! They had an enormous selection of frames, and offered a second complete pair of glasses for a few dollars more. They had both pairs ready within a couple hours. I did have to wait a little bit because of how busy (popular) they were. Sign of a good business to me. Before I left, they made sure both pairs fit to my liking. All around, great experience!
