Took my dog to the Banfield hospital, do not love it. They change doctors all the time, prescribe medicine for my dogs ear problem. They never give you enough medicine to finish the treatment. I have complained numerous times, basically told you can purchase additional medicine if you like. Makes no sense to me at all.

The worse experience ever !!!!! We moved on to WOOFANDWASH mount Kisco why? The service is horrible!!! At petsmart And we dont support big companies!!! For 10 dollars more my dogs have the best they deserve

There tanks are gross all full of snails there fish dont look healthy all algae on tanks fish are very small tanks are disgusting!!!!!!! Pet smart should be ashamed the way there fish tanks are! !!!!
