I had an appointment for my dog to get a hair cut, as the warmer weather is here and the person said that they couldnt give him a hair cut because he had some mats in his fur. The only thing that they could do is Completely Shave all his fur off. I personally groom him 2-3 times per week. There were Zero mats, just a lot of fur. This person is simply Lazy. So many people and businesses only want easy and simple type work. I understand that all dogs in reference to their size and type of coat are not the same. I Expect to pay A higher fee than "easier" to do dogs. However, I wasnt given a choice. In this age of Descrimination, I feel like I was Descriminated against. I Truly feel sorry for Everyone who is participating in Life at this time in our country. Im a baby boomer and feel fortunate that I grew up with "Mom and Pop" stores and folks that had the intelligence and caring that Made our country Great. So, what Im doing, is hiring a person who is in the USA legally and pay them double the minimum wage and pay all the taxes associated with a Legal employee and the Great news is I will be helping our countrys unemployment and My cost will be about half of what Petsmart charges. So, hopefully more people will stop the decline in our used to be Great country. We all should make America Great Again one proper and legal act at a time.

Ive always had a great experience at this store. Emily is an awesome dog trainer and has done amazing things with her students. All of the employees are very helpful and friendly. Most of them will remember you after a few times of you shopping. The selection for pet supplies is overall very good, especially for dogs, cats, fish, and birds. For small pets and reptiles, the basic necessities are definitely available, but enrichment products can sometimes be hard to come by. The grooming section is wonderful. They are very kind and do a great job of trimming my dogs nails.

I know the two other posts talked about PetCo being better, however whatever happened in the last 3 years, Petsmart now has the better prices over PetCo and faster service. If youre going to the PetCo off of 35 (basically around the corner) be sure to have plenty of spare time to get through the checkout. Also any store that allows animals to visit will smell. If you dont like the smell of Pets, then dont adopt one.

Every time i go there to get my dogs nails cut/grinded.....its always a different price. Its gone up the last 3 times i was there. Its ok if the price increases over time.....but dont try to make me feel like i dont know what ive been paying for the last 4 years. I dont know who they are trying to fool.....but they might want to be alittle nicer since petco is right around the corner

I bought 2 cats from here and they are friendly, and well groomed. I like this place because its next to sports authority, me and my cats workout there, my black cat, Puffy, benches 230!

Didnt buy any pets, but selection of stuff they have is extensive and they were very helpful. Some things seem a bit expensive though.
