This store is disgusting, there are beta fish dead siting in puke green water. There was at least one fish dead in every tank in aquatics. In humane. They do not take care f the animals there. They have rodents that have no water in their water bottles. I will never shop there knowing that no money is going to the care and well being of their animals. The team there is getting paid to stand around and NOT do their job. It was very sad to see so many dead fish and animals with no water...

I usually groom my dog myself and thought Id save myself the time before a family event by paying them to do it. BIG MISTAKE. Rather than bathing my dog and cleaning her ears and eye area (the way I paid them to), they sprayed her with dog cologne, put a gift-style bow on her collar, and said she was done. I can tell they did NOTHING. Inexcusable. Got my money back and will happily be paying more elsewhere in the future.

Horrible customer service. they have a couple good employees, but the rest could care less, including the management. If the aquatics girl isnt there dont even bother trying to get fish, because the rest of the employees will just walk or waddle right past you! Thats right I said waddle and you know who you are and what you did!

It was great there! Really nice well kept fish, all the betta were in very clean water, and happy to see people in the store. People were very friendly, i would recommend going there.

I give them no stars but this wasnt an option The groomers are liars my dog did not get the services I was charged . I WOULD NOT RETURN OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE EVER
