The Best New Car Deal I’ve Ever Made…First let me state that my job is to conduct professional research for my government clients. Im not the type of person to buy anything on a whim and sometimes that annoys the hell out of my wife! My plan was to find and buy a 2012 Mercedes-Benz (MB) E350 with certain options and within a certain price range. This MB was going to be a surprise Christmas present for my wife of 20 years, so it had to be special. I conducted exhaustive research for over 3 weeks and the days were counting down until Santa had to deliver! When conducting research for a new vehicle, I not only look at the invoice price of the vehicle and all the options, but also the feedback from legitimate consumers and also how well the dealerships service department treats their customers. This leads me to Mercedes-Benz of Boerne. We had our previous 2008 MB C350 serviced at the Boerne dealership even though we bought it in Austin and the service department treated us like family every time we came in. In fact, we had a unique problem that occurred right after our warranty expired and the MB of Boerne service department (Mark De La Fuente) contacted MB USA to plead our case without us even knowing about it. In the end, MB took care of our potential expensive problem and we were all the happier for it! That is why I could not understand the few negative comments made about this dealership. However, if youre like me, you can read between the lines and discover why some of the negative comments were made; enough said. The salesman I purchased from was the most professional and courteous car salesman that Ive dealt with in the past 20 plus years! Even after I spent about 3 hours of this gentlemens time, Guy Vick never became pushy just to make a sale. He allowed me the opportunity to come back and mull over the various E350s and never attempted to pressure me into a sale. When I finally made the decision to purchase my wifes new E350 with the options I wanted I decided to go in and see Mr. Vick. I sat down with him and informed him that I was willing to pay a fair price for the new E350, but nothing close to MSRP. I also wanted a true market trade in value for my wifes 2008 C350. We spent less than 5 minutes negotiating a price on both vehicles and I left feeling I was treated more as a family member than a person off the street wanting to buy a new car. However, thats not the end of the story. I then told Mr. Vick that I needed the car that evening to surprise my wife with her new car. Guy Vick went above and beyond to ensure that Santa had a clean and polished brand new Black E350 present to deliver to his beautiful wife of 20 years! MB of Boerne and especially Guy Vick has earned my trust and loyalty to ensure I always return!

I was attempting to work with another dealership in San Antonio to find the perfect vehicle for my wife. We were not happy with the service we were getting or with the selection of new vehicles on that particular lot. At 3am, while searching the internet for a vehicle she might like, I came across the Mercedes-Benz of Boerne site and found a vehicle. I filled in my contact information and requested a salesman contact me. By 8:35am, that same day, Mario Cajic reached out to me. By 9am, Mario had sent me videos of him introducing himself and the vehicle in detail. My wife was impressed at how quickly Mario was attending to our needs. We were at the dealership by 12:15p and were able to test drive the vehicle and look at it in detail. I have to say, I was intimidated walking into a Mercedes-Benz dealership. Working in public service, Im definitely on a budget and felt a little out of place. The entire staff made us feel at home and welcomed. There was a small detail with the car that my wife wasnt happy with and we decided to think over our options during lunch. We were pleased with Marios attention to us, the way we were made to feel while at the dealership and the decision was made to work a deal with Mercedes-Benz of Boerne rather than the other dealership in San Antonio. Sean Gahan (Sales Manager) immediately addressed my wifes concern, with the vehicle, and had the body shop personnel make changes to the vehicles appearance. All this was done before even filling out the credit application. Mario informed me that the computer systems went down and we took it old school. Mario asked me what I wanted for my trade-in, worked with Sean to get me the best deal and they drafted the numbers on a blank sheet of paper with black marker. Mario and I confirmed the deal with a hand shake and pretty much sealed the deal with a set of initials on the paper. This wasnt what I expected from Mercedes-Benz dealership, but it goes to show how eager they were to work with us. I did have to go back the following day to properly fill out my paperwork, but was glad to do so after being treated with such kindness. The entire process of purchasing a vehicle was made easy with the hard work of Mario Cajic. I would give him 6 stars if that was an option here. A special thanks to Sean Gahan for also taking care of the issue of the striping for my wife. She is very pleased with Marios work and has already decided that our next vehicle purchase will be with Mercedes-Benz of Boerne.

When our 2006 Mercedes Benz R350 developed a problem on our way to Houston on Xmas eve of Dec 2011, I was quite disappointed. Unknowingly to us, it will be the beginning of an excellent relationship with a dealership like MB of Boerne. Our R350 was not purchased at MB of Boerne but it happened to be the only dealership opened on Xmas eve when it developed the problem therefore our insurance company had the car towed to its premises. Once Xmas holidays were over, my husband and I drove 3 hours from Laredo to meet with the service dept of MB Boerne in an attempt to figure out what the problem was with the R350. Long story short, Eddy Waters, the service advisor at MB of Boerne is the most polite and knowledgeable service advisor we ever met. He took time to explain the problems with our R350 and clearly explained what needed to be done to resolve them. By the time we finished fixing the R350, myself and my husband decided to trade it for a 2009 GL550 right there at MB of Boerne. Our decision was informed mainly by the knowledge, professionalism and excellent service we received each and every time we were at this dealership for the R350 problem. We live within 5 miles of another MB dealership but my husband and I will rather wake up at 4 am and drive 3 hours to Boerne to service our MB cars because of the peace of mind we get knowing that one of our most valuable assets - our cars are cared for by the most knowledgeable and professional people in the business. We once again recently traded our 2005 S500 for a 2012 GLK 350 at MB of Boerne making it a second purchase in 6 months!!!! This is how much we love doing business with these guys. From the receptionists to the salesmen, the financial advisors to the managers and of course the best of the best (Eddy Waters) at the service dept, all we get all the time is service that is second to none. Our friends and neighbors always ask us why we go out of town to buy or service our MB cars and we point to the MB of Boerne license plates and say to them, go see for yourselves and sure enough some of them have gone to Boerne and have reported back to us the same great experience. Well, what more can I say other than, guys keep keeping on and we shall keep coming back.
