I purchased a Frigidaire Refrigerator in March. It has never kept things very cold but accepted it as a "small refrigerator". It finally conked out last week R&B sent me to their service co. not really good service but I accepted a 2 day wait. The tech was out this morning he advised they did not service this model they only replaced it. I called R&B (Erick) told him I did not realize I was buying a "throw away" frig. He wanted ME to call Frigidaire (still under warranty). I felt this would be his job I wanted to upgrade and he would not do this. I ask to speak to his supervisor. He said "the person over him was Jim Recker and Jim does not deal with customers. The tech come back said he could fix the frig but he needed to order parts and it would be next week. This frig is in my office but if it had been in a home 2 weeks without a frig in the summer is unacceptable. If you are looking for appliances I would advise you to inquire about service and if the owner is beyond dealing with the "public/customers" if yes move on to another company. Many years ago I purchased a refrigerator from Sams it ran for years no problems should have gone back but delivery was easier with R&B........lesson to be learned. if R&B could put their advertising dollars into service they would not need to advertise HOWEVER I will help them advertise in the future.................by telling all how bad their service and customer skills are.

If you want to avoid the hassle of calling a bunch of rip off HVAC installers, then just use Roecker & Berger. It was Feb 2014 in the single to negative degree winter and my furnace went out. I called many companies that tried to take advantage of my situation, and R & B was honest about the price and installed my new furnace and air conditioner the very next day from when I got ahold of them. A lot of companies talk bad about Goodman products, but I have had many of their units over the years with no issues. Besides, they carry a better warranty then some of the other name brands out there. All I know is that when a different company quoted for a new Trane system they were unable to get all of the parts for days. Days without heat in the heart of the winter to have brand loyalty??? Sorry, I will go with what works. R & B installers have been professional and honest through the installation and all preventative maintenance since then.

My experience with Recker and Boerger has been nothing short of great! Replaced my HVAC a few years back. The process was easy and the installation went off without a hitch! Received on time appointment and calls in advance to verify the arrival time. They left my basement looking better than when they arrived to install. We recently did a kitchen remodel that included all new appliances. I worked with Roma at Tri-County and she was extremely helpful. They were able to get exactly what I wanted and held it until my contractor was ready. That install went fantastic as well. They were careful to protect my new hardwood floors and cabinets. Wont use any other company than Recker and Boerger. Good bye big box stores!

We recently had a new HVAC system put in our home. I had called around for options and pricing and found Recker and Boerger to been the best company to do business with. They have a very clear pricing structure that eliminates the "used car" approach. They were able to tell me to the penny my costs before they ever set foot on my property. Based on this, I was able able to add on some extras and not worry about getting stung. The crew was efficient and were on time and completed the work early. I am happy with the equipment and look forward to years of good service from the new system. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking at this type of replacement or upgrade.

Recently, I called Recker and Boerger to install a new HVAC unit to replace an old unit in my home. Over 15 years, I have used the company to install numerous units in my home as well as rental properties. As always, they conducted themselves in a professional and courteous manner; providing outstanding service. Also, their pricing and workmanship continues to be excellent. Yes, I would recommend the company, without hesitation, to anyone. Recker and Boerger is an truly an outstanding company that provides outstanding products and performs outstanding service!

Was looking for someone to install central air into our century old home. Called a few different places for estimates. Rocker and Boerger were there the same afternoon as I called with an estimate thousands less than the others. Their sales staff were honest, did not try to up-sell me on a more expensive unit, and took the time to explain everything. Installation was a breeze. The installers were once again polite and took the time to explain what they were doing. I would recommend them to anybody, and will be using them again in the future.

Working with Recker and Boerger was a great experience. Their online quote was quick and easy to understand. The quote came in considerably cheaper than the 3 other companies I received quotes from also. They followed up with a sales call later that day, offered upgraded equipment at a discount price, and were installing my furnace by the end of the week. The installation technicians were fantastic (Corey? and another), they covered the floors and did a great job installing. Will definitely be using Recker and Boerger from now on.

They were responsive in November during the first cold weekend when I discovered that my furnace wasnt working. I made a super EASY inquiry on their website at 2am and got a no-pressure follow up email by 8am. They gave me an over the phone estimate that was cheaper by HALF than the service what I called to come out on a Sunday night for an emergency visit to check the furnace. They were super efficient, friendly and professional. I wont go anywhere else and recommend them without hesitation.

We have been with Recker and Boerger for over 20 years. Recently they installed a new furnace for us. The installation was finished in less than a day. The installer was friendly and professional, and he did a clean and very neat job. No mess whatsoever was left behind. The price including the labor was more than fair. The furnace operates great and is an efficient energy saver. We continue to be very satisfied with Recker and Boerger.

We got a quote from knockelman (recommended by home depot) for a new furnace. their quote 4978. We went to Recker and boerger, and the exact same thing cost us 3450. I am very happy with their service. We even went ahead and got a new refrigerator from them at a great price with the money we saved. Most places were around 2000-2200 for the fridge we wanted. Recker and Boerger found us a good deal. It was 1545. I highly recommend them!

This is the worst place to buy anything these people sell junk! we purchaced a warranty thats not worth the paper it was wrote on dont walk run!!!!!!!! they have many of complaints with the bbb and attorney generals office all of the appliances we purchased did not make it twelve month before they all had major problems and when we tried to use the warranty they refused to honor it we have been very uncomfortable in the comfort zone!!!!!!!!
