They have really good prices and a nice sales team but I have to fail them on delivery. They called to confirm the delivery time in the morning. I confirmed and told them due to being out of town my contractor would be onsite to receive the items. Appliance loft delivery then called me 2/3 of the way through the delivery window to say they could not make it. I was paying my contractor team to be at my house to install appliances and everyone else made their time. The appliance loft employees were completely unapologetic about my incurred costs to have my contractors wait around again. They should have immediately offered to cover the cost. I gave up on their delivery service and am paying my contract to get the appliance from the warehouse. I doubt they are honorable enough to refund the delivery fee I had pre-paid.

In total we have outfitted 4 kitchens and 3 laundry rooms with appliances from the Appliance Loft and in each of these experiences we have received exceptional service starting with the picking of appliances through the installation and with any follow up service that may be required. The staff at The Appliance Loft not only knows the answers to all of our questions but also knows the questions the we didnt know we needed to ask. They are truly professional!

I would NOT recommend the Appliance Loft! I have had multiple service problems with my Electrolux washer just two weeks outside of the manufacturers one year warranty. Appliance Loft has been a big disappointment in taking care of this "valued" customer. I will not be purchasing any other appliances from them...ever!

Word of advise to this retailer, If I go to your website to browse your inventory and I have to contact you for pricing I will go somewhere else to purchase. Thats the whole point in visiting your website. Why both to have a website if I have to call in the first place. Big fat waste of my time.
