Terrible service. The service man came out right away (within 24 hours of the call). He figured out what was wrong right away with our fridge...called into the office to check to make sure our home warranty covered it. They said it did so I paid my deductible and he said he would order the parts and that they should be in in a couple of days. That was on a Wednesday. On Saturday I received a call from my home warranty company that said it, in fact, was NOT covered. I called ECA on Monday to tell them that I found out the problem was not covered but I still wanted to have the fridge repaired. The lady that answered said that she showed the part was ordered still and that I should have it in a few days. 2 weeks and several phone calls later (with the lady telling me that she showed that the parts had been ordered and she didnt know what the hold up could possibly be)...I called AGAIN...to get the same answer. The service guy called my back at that point and said that he showed that the fridge wasnt under warranty and the parts had not been ordered. WHAT??? Are you freaking kidding me??? I was assured several times that they WERE in fact ordered regardless of the home warranty. We basically told him to keep his parts...we are going to get someone else to fix it. HORRIBLE!!!! I wouldnt even give them ONE star...but apparently I have to in order to publish this.

I have used Ken multiple times in the past. He fixed an issues with my washer/dryer, ice maker refrigerator, and dishwasher. His response is fast, his prices are affordable, and his advice is trustworthy. He is excellent at telling me whether the expense of fixing my appliance makes it worth just replacing it. So valuable to me since my previous appliance man ordered parts and charged me $800 before finally deciding he couldnt fix the washing machine! I will call Ken first and do what he says!

Ken was on time and honest in his assessment of my washer. The main problem with washer was a pair of socks stuck between the washer tub and the basket. He did not try to sell me any unneeded parts. This was very refreshing. It is sufficient to say that I will call him again if needed and will recommend his service to a friend.

Our dryer needed repair. We called a major repair company. They needed a week. We called Ken and had it fixed. If we have any appliance service needs in the future we will call Ken at East Cobb Appliance Service. Thanks again for the great help and service.
