My wife informed me this morning our dryer stopped working. After checking several stores and finding it would cost around $500 to replace it i decided to find a used one. We found Parkway used Appliances and they had far better prices than other similar stores. Rhonda was very nice and pleasant to deal with and informed us they could repair it for a fraction of the cost of replacement. I dropped it off at 1:10 Pm and they had it fixed by 2:00 Pm. Please dont hold them to that standard they might of just been having a slow day. They far exceeded my expectations and the next time one of my appliances breaks they will see me again.

I was on my way to purchase a new washer and dryer, when friend told me about this place. So I went there and I was amazed that they had brand name appliances, that were used but in great condition. I made my purchase of both and they delivered 2 days later. This was 2years ago and they work like new and have had no problem. I saved about $1135.00...REALLY!!! Dont purchase anywhere else until you visit this store and see what they have that might be just what you need and save $$$$$. Great price, super value.

A bottle fell off the top my refrigerator and smashed the glass top of my Kenmore Stove. The glass shattered but everything still worked. I looked all around and finally found Parkway Used Appliances in Woodstock. Thinking I might need to buy another stove I was happy to find out otherwise. They were able to find a replacement top that was a perfect match for my broken stove and sell it to me at a very reasonable price. Amy and the owners were very helpful! I would go back again without a doubt.

I recently moved to Marietta and had the pleasure of purchasing a W/D from Parkway Used Appliances. The owner was extremely knowledgable and prevented me from wasting my money on a Front Load W/D. Anyone else wouldve gladly sold the front loads to me simply because they cost more. After being educated, I went with a Whirlpool W/D set and couldnt be happier. The staff is very pleasant. I will definitely go there again for my appliance needs

Dont pass this place! As a broke college student, I purchased a dirt cheap stackable washer and dryer from them a few years ago. Only recently did it have an issue, they came over the next day and fixed it for free. Theyre really nice, will make service calls, and have plenty of options to choose from. They really know their stuff. I would highly recommend this place and I will buy from them in the future!

My family has been using Parkway appliances for nearly 2 decades for all of our appliance needs. We have purchased several refrigerators, washers and dryers. The owner Marvin is honest and friendly and has always gone above and beyond to help us repair and if needed replace our things as quickly as possible. I recommend checking with them first before using anyone else to repair or replace any appliance.

They are nice and fairly priced. However after their last repair on my dryer I decided to have a look when it broke again. They replaced the heater element. Twice. When I went to have a look, discovered the thermostat had been bypassed and the heating element had caught fire!! This is a fire hazard and should have been made aware of it!!!!!

Great costumer service. Really feel like Im not getting ripped off. I have purchased dryer,refrigerator hard to find built-in oven,hood fan and a dishwasher, they all still working.. Oh and sunglasses 2 for $5.00,these are 10 to 20 dollar glasses I stop by for them all the time as I lose them all the time

These people are awesome. I bought a used Kenmore washer and dryer set (looked like new) and works great. They stand behind their 30 day warranty and will come out to your house to service if needed.

I bought a used dryer from here. The one I bought did not work after 2 days. I called and they immediately had someone come out the same day to deliver a new dryer. I have not had anymore problems.
