Great dealership; amazing staff! I was a bit apprehensive to get rid of my 08 Subaru Outback because it has been such a great car. However, I have been interested in the electric cars and from the research, it seemed that the Nissan Leaf was the way to go. The dealership is close to me and therefore my first stop. I thought I would spend weeks shopping around the bay area, but the staff here is great and I didnt have to look any further! Nissan Marin is a family dealership that cares about the community. Armeen and Jay are brothers who were extremely helpful and courteous throughout the entire process! The purchasing experience could not have been easier and it was completely stress free. Their business model is built around the customer experience and it shows. The sales manager, Scott, was great at working with my budget and went above and beyond to assure we had a deal that worked within my budget which was very competitive with the other bay area Nissan dealerships. When it came time to sit down and sign the papers, Omar was very patient and extremely helpful in going through the paperwork. It was an enjoyable experience which instilled full confidence in signing over my trusty Subaru and even more excited to go full electric with the Leaf! I still feel in shock at how easy and well everything went. The dealership is new and they are doing everything right. Everyone is very personable and I had a great time working with the staff! This is my first lease and while I was reluctant at the start (due to horror stories I have heard and read about, in general, concerning lease agreements), the staff did an incredible job in answering my questions with full transparency so I knew exactly what was going on. Nissan has an amazing program that takes the worry out of lease agreements and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable from start to finish! I look forward to working with Nissan Marin over the duration of my lease as their customer service is top notch. I have recommended several friends to Nissan Marin now, and when my wifes Prius is ready to go, we will be back to work with this amazing staff to get another Leaf!

My husband and I went into the dealership just to do some test drives and examine the car options in person. We had done our research online and knew we probably wanted to get a Versa sedan, but wasnt 100% sure. We met with Julian Rubbo, our salesman, who was happy to spend time with us to answer all of our many questions, and even pulled the Versa we liked off of the salesroom floor for a test drive. Julian even lent me his phone when my battery was low, and I needed to contact the bank to transfer money for the down payment. When it came time to talk finances, Ohmar (who handled the final paperwork) went out of his way to explain each and every paper completely, as well as the all various options for the warranties and maintenance packages. Ohmar also helped handle the arrangements with our bank in setting up the loan payments. We ended up with a final price that was well within our budget, and easily managed payments. In short, we had an extremely pleasant, comfortable, no-pressure experience. I would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone! (And the free car washes for life was a nice bonus!! *grin*)

I had a great experience at Nissan Marin thanks to my salesperson, Victoria and my finance man, Kevin. They made the process as less stressful as possible. I went in looking for a larger car as we are starting a family. I had reached out via online and Victoria was quick to respond and set up a test-drive appointment with me. After arriving, she greeted us and the process was quickly underway. They worked incessantly with helping me and my trade-in. Victoria was very personable and interactive and willing to make the process work with what my husband and I had said we wanted. When it came to the finance part, Kevin was awesome! He took the time to go over every piece of the contract and all the details, asking if I was familiar with all of it, and if I wasnt, he would review it. He took the time to make sure everything was professional and done right. I appreciate all of their help and definitely recommend visiting Nissan Marin for a new or used car:)

I honestly dont know if this is a good or bad dealership because the first time I heard of these guys was when I got a letter in the mail saying that "Tom from Infiniti Marin & Nissan Marin" signed me up for "Diamond Certified Preferred Consumer" membership. The letter even had a membership card with my name on it. I called Nissan Marin, spoke with Tom, and he confirmed that they, or one of their family of dealerships, probably signed me up for it. Check Yelp reviews on this "Diamond Certified" stuff and decide for yourself if youd be comfortable with your dealership, or one of their family of dealerships, signing you up for a membership without asking...

Melina assisted me in purchasing my leaf. She was very knowledgeable about the product and honest about what I could expect. It was nice to speak to someone who actually was an owner of the car to get real world questions answered by someone who uses the car daily. I was introduced to the service department and J.T. made it known that I could feel free to contact him at any time with questions and that they offered free car washes on their vehicles. It was wonderful to meet a friendly, honest staff that I felt was truly interested in helping me purchase the car I wanted rather then simply forcing a car onto me.

quick, friendly, and transparent- thank you Nissan Marin. I came in to get my Altima serviced and you guys did exactly what we talked about and had me out the door even quicker than promised. so refreshing! I spent my time waiting in the showroom and enjoyed chatting with Scott, the used car manager. He was a real stand-up dude, who talked to me like the "non-car person" i am. His energy and candid nature seemed contagious throughout the whole sales staff. Ill be back, thank you all for such a positive experience.

this place has the worst service department and the most incompetent service writers specially Sergio worst person i haved ever dealed with in a dealer if you have a nissan titan xd diesel do not go here because they dont have competent mechanics. as those engines are built by Cummins and this nissan dealer dont have knowledgeble peaple to work on them but they will take your money even if they cant fix the problem.

I bough my 2015 Sentra in July. I love the car. Staff was very friendly. However my last visit for the scheduled maintenance on my car left me feeling disappointed and that the problems I had with my car were never fully resolved. I had to take my new car to a auto repair shop in San Francisco to get the problem fixed. I wont be going back to Nissan Marin for maintenance .

I have had wonderful experience with the sales and service staff. They are always super friendly and very helpful. I took my 2014 Cube in for its 5000 mile checkup today and it was in and out on time plus a car wash and vac too ! They have comfortable spots to wait and great wifi. Thanks for a wonderful dealership/client experience.
