First off, when I got to this dealership, a service tech was ripping a radio out of a newer Mercedes for sale in the front lot... Sketchy. I went to this dealership after looking for a specific car for multiple years. I knew they had it and have had it for a while from the looks of it. They wouldnt budge on the original listing price from over a year ago, at all. The sales person tried to down-play my knowledge of the car model because I knew more about it that he did. The conversation ended when he told me that I didnt know what the car was worth and that I wouldnt appreciate the car. I understand Im young, but the car was by no means unrealistic when I have cash in hand. Would not wish anyone to get treated this way, ever. Some of the worst customer service Ive ever encountered.

understaffed and overpriced junk. most of their cars have a lot of little problems and they wont budge on price. dealers pick up these cars for pennies on the dollar and rip you off! bought an 03 jetta from them. you will be much better off on cl or at the toyota dealer next door! save yourself some time and find a shop with some good service
