DISHONEST BUSINESS!. If there was a "no star" rating I would give it. My company bought an engine from Barlow. We installed it and it was junk. They could not find a replacement in a reasonable time period and finally said they would pick up the engine and refund our money. We had already eaten the labor to remove/replace it twice having bought another engine elsewhere as we had deadline commitments to our customer to honor. After 2 months of lies promising pickup and refund the manager we were talking to said the owner refused to honor the commitment. Just know who you are dealing with. NO INTEGRITY AT BARLOW!

Terrible experience! They claimed to have mailed the part--they didnt. UPS said they never received the part. Several different excuses over the phone when I followed up. Eventually they resorted to putting me on hold indefinitely then finally just ignoring my calls or hanging up on me. I cant even get a hold of someone to cancel my order. Im having to dispute the charge and will be filing a formal consumer complaint.

It took a while to get some information about the part, and I ended up having to call to make sure it was the right part. Went down and picked it up with no problems, and the people working there were quite friendly Note - If you use your phone for navigation, make sure you remember how you got there, as I had no data signal.

Barlows has been my go to spot for years. Not only do they price match, but they go above and beyond with assisting people in the yard. Didnt see Brian today but his guys up front took good care of what I needed. Highly recommend these guys for all your needs.

Kinda dirty and expensive but they had what we needed. The alternator we purchased wasnt super nice looking but it is working so far and they have a 30 day replacement warranty on it.

New tires on 17" rims for my Mercedes! A minor tecnicality with one rim but they came through. Great price and service. I will definitely call them first next time i need anything.
