Staffs at the beginning were very nice. Youll feel that you came to the right place. From the owner Mark to Salesperson Bobby to the mechanic, all of them will give you a feeling that youre getting one of the best cars. Maybe some people have had their best cars but its a sad story from my part. I bought a BMW 7 Series. It felt okay on test drive and Bobby assured me that this was in a great condition. Only a few things I noticed on test drive was iDrive not working and one backlight was broken and he said itll be an easy fix and their mechanics will do it at no extra cost and their service manager told me he ordered the backlight. So, I bought it and bang, before I reach my home, the check engine light came on. I took it to them a few days later and they kept the car for 2 days without providing me any loaner car. When I went back to get my car, it was in the same condition I left it, not a single thing was done. Their mechanic even told me, its BMW that means BRING MONEY WITH. How rude is that! And as I was having trouble refueling the car(pump was shutting off, I had to put gas on tank manually), he told me all BMWs do that. So, I got panicked and took it to BMW dealership and they quoted me Im gonna need $4200 just to fix the iDrive module and fiber optic cables, let alone the check engine light issue. So, overall I had to pay almost $9000 to fix iDrive, new thermostat, new battery, new backlight, new fuel expansion tank, front thrust rod bushings and a whole new set of tires. And I had to defer (because I was already broke) repairs of oil leaks, transmission oil leaks, coolant leaks which BMW recommended me to do as soon as possible. And dont fall for the warranty Rainier Auto will try to sell you, that covers nothing at all. I even bought that and learned my lesson the hard way. Now Im in a huge credit card debt and dont know when Id be able to pay it off.

Purchase a 2011 bmw 335diesel Mark help me find a great interested rate..he had jus purchase this car himself.. Check engine light was on mark said dont worried il fix that...then you can come buy it didnt wanna do that car was so nice hard to find an other like it...Drove the car home wit the check engine on brought it back to mark to get it fix he happily got it fix $500 bucks a few sensor at no charge to me.. Drove it to portland check engine light come back on took it back to mark.. He shook my hand an said dont worried i fix the car there is when he got my trust fully..drop it off for a week well the def system had takin a crap $1700 for the def tank along an the egr valve went out has well $370 bucks plus labor lets said $4,000 total he call me an said your car is ready again i did not paid a dime out of packet... Ever since then car hasnt have a single issue.. Didnt paid a single dollar for repairs neither time. Rainier is my dealer...dealer for my self an my family/ an friends never meet a dealer willing to do all this for a customer...is a use car is gonna have issues but he fix them all im a common since person you want a car wit no issues buy new one but for the price interest rate an the quality of the vehicle the service was alsome... Hes mechanics are great at what they do... I give them 5 stars all day any day thanks for everything.. Yiu guys are alsome

I am happy to have found my desired 2007 Jetta here. However I am unhappy because the check engine light came on after a few miles driving. I looked up the code, it was P0455 (large evaporation leak). Took it back and the salesman and his mechanic advised me to buy a new gas cap as that could trigger the code. They said "expenses are part of owning a car". A new gas cap from the dealer at 40 bucks did not solve the problem. I took it to a professional mechanic (Midland Automotive) and the problem turned out to be a faulty solenoid canister. A cost of 411 dollars. The car was also missing a jack, mats, antenna and did not come with a remote. had to buy all these. The remote key costed 180 dollars from the dealer. While it is my fault for not properly inspecting the car, I would advise another buyer to carefully do your inspection or bring a mechanic. The engine light was possibly turned off prior to me purchasing the car.

What I like most about this place is the people and the customer service that they strive for. Bobby showed me a scion tc and then offered to show me a few others. When I saw the Mazda 3 i liked it. My ex and I test drove it with Bobby in the backseat and my ex had mentioned the brakes needing to be done and Bobby was quick to say their mechanic would take care of that. To buy my car was very easy and very pleasant. Not once did I feel pressured to buy anything. I took my car and Jeff and Serge were the guys who worked on my car. I took it back thinking it wasnt done but they let me in on some knowledge of my car. I was also told some things today about my car that werent mentioned in the beginning. And when I left today I was told if I had anymore issues not to hesitate to come back and see them. Very awesome group of guys in this shop. Thank you for making my first time car purchase pleasant!!

I bought a BMW from this dealer in cash they said it needed a coolant flush because it came up from California. When the mechanic pulled my car around he was smoking in it. So there were ashes and cigarette smoke in my new to me car. Well later the next day my coolant light came on come to find out the mechanic cracked the bleeder screw for the cooling system and did not fix it just let me drive away. I spent 8k on a vehicle that could have blown up because of there mistake. They must have cleared the check engine light before I got in it too. Within 20 mins of leaving the lot already pissed about the ciggaretts i already found an issue. Never buy a car here or let them work on your vehicle.

Normally I hate the car buying process, but I have never been more satisfied with anyones customer service as I was with Ranier Auto Group! I was looking for a midsize SUV for my growing family. The sales manager, Kirill, listened to my needs and showed me something that I hadnt even thought of, but was perfect for what I wanted! I test drove a Ford Escape Hybrid and knew it was the car for me. The sunroof needed a small fix, and they were able to get the part and make the repair in a matter of days with no extra cost to me. The whole process went so smoothly and I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and great experience! I love my new car!

I went into rainet auto group ans got an acura tl 3.2. I got a few miles down the road and the check engine light came on. I called rainer auto group and pretty much told me they would charge me so i took it to a professional. Mechanic there was a fault in the coolant system that alone was 180.just put it this way it is july 1st and i have already put 800 dollars into this car fixing it since december of 2015. So literally 7 months on top of the car payments. I would not recommend rainer auto group. I feel like i certainly did not get treating like a customer should. Im currently having to fix it now.
