Ive been to this store many times over the years and the customer service has never been stellar. Usually, if you need help you have to seek someone out and I would mostly just end up waiting in line at the register just to speak to someone. It just seemed as though they were constantly understaffed. I ran by to try to pick something up the other day and the service went from inconvenient to blatantly rude. If there is any other option besides this store, I recommend going there.

They should call it Trendy Books because thats all they have. I went in looking for books for a research project for school about religions around the world. They have entire rows and end caps with Christian literature but had nothing on Eastern religions except for Muslim literature. When I asked if there were any other books regarding religion, I was rudely told I better look online. Really? Youre a freaking book store.

I asked for help in locating something and was told that not sure if they carry that item ,I feel that if you work somewhere you should know what you are selling and if you dont know then you should help the customer look for it .

I love this store. The staff are friendly and theres a little coffee shop to the side of it. The only problem is the organisation of the store, Its sometimes difficult to find what you need/want without asking an employee.

Im not much of a nook person, but overall this seems like a nice place to find good books. My only complaint is how gross the bathroom was, and also theres very little crowd control with the customers when it gets packed.

Easily the best Books-A-Million Ive ever been to. This huge bookstore has a very wide variety of products aside from books for all kinds of hobbies and interests. If I lived close by, I would go here all the time.

Though almost overwhelming with stuff piled everywhere - too much clutter - it is a good location with a good staff. If you cant find a book you want, half the store it seems is non-book merchandise now.
