I DO NOT RECOMMEND. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS INCOMPETENT I have never been so frustrated with any company as I have been with this one. I specifically asked if it were possible to place gradient lenses in the sunglass frames that I really liked. They said yes, so I went ahead and paid for then in advance. About a week later they called me to inform me that the glasses were ready for pick up. NOBODY at that location checked to see if the lab did the job right, so when I got there, and the sales rep pulls out the sunglasses, the lenses are CLEAR! WTH!?!? So they send the frames back to get the gradient lenses, which came back too light. They send the frames back for a THIRD time, just to have the lab send the glasses back exactly the same. After that, I just gave up and accepted that they are only capable of putting solid tinted lenses in the frames. Danielle, the sales rep said they would put in a rush order for this (for the FOURTH time)...which didnt happen. It took TWO WEEKS to get my glasses This all happened over a course of almost two months and all I got was an apology. I did not receive a credit or anything that would convince me to use their service again. These people are incompetent and they lack customer service. Some of the reps even had bad attitudes. Not to mention, they are too expensive for the limited frames to select from. Next time, there wont be a next time. I am taking my business elsewhere...!

Ordered and paid for two pairs of glasses. Eight days later, I received a text message to pick up my new glasses. The next day, I received the same text. I went in that day and tried the glasses - they were off... sight and fit. The new trainee technician stated for me to wear the glasses for a couple of days and Ill get use to them. Another experienced tech looked at my new glasses and realized they were NOT measured correctly when I ordered them - the bifocals were off 9mm! I was remeasured and left. That day, I received a call from the manager asking me to come back in so she could oversee the measurements. I told her no. The glasses were again ordered. Yesterday, another week afterwards, I receive another text that my glasses are ready. This morning, I receive a second text that my glasses are ready for pick up. I arrive at 115 pm. At 135 pm, I am told the glasses that were ordered did not pass inspection and therefore are not there or ready for pick up. I ask to speak to the manager. She states she was aware that the glasses did not pass inspection AND was aware I had received texts, but stated she asked I not be texted and has no control over that department. I asked why someone didnt call me to let me know to disregard the texts, and she said they were to busy. I cancelled the order. I will NEVER be back!!!

This place is one of the worst eye Docter so have EVER been too. I waited for over a hour after my set appointment timebefore I was seen. They are a walk in office and seem to be helping everyone who walked in before there actual patients. The language barrier here is insane. I could hardly understand anything they were saying we live in America English should not be a secondary language here especially at a doctors office. We were at this office for 3 hours total the doctor herself put my kids in a chair and didnt explain anything to me that she would be doing once she was done we were once again sent out to sit in the waiting area until they could check us out. Once we were getting checked out I asked if the doctor was going to come back out and explain to me if they needed any glasses or what the situation was and the ladys response was that she didnt understand what I was trying to say ughhhh... I finally just left and told myself that I will never go back there again. Save yourself a trip this place is in need of some serious help! Dont waste your time or your money go somewhere else that is more professional and with better reviews!

Generally when I go to Optical Outlet I get adequate service but on my last visit someone completely "dropped the ball". I had an appointment and arrived ahead of time. After turning in my prepared paperwork I waited for about 20 minutes to get the first test on an instrument in the main showroom. There was another test that they routinely preform (internal eyeball pressure) but the instrument wasnt working so I received no information regarding that. After that attempted test I waited another 40 minutes before I just walked out. Sure they had a lot of customers but I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. No one came to me to tell me why the doctor was running behind schedule or when he could possibly see me. The doctor there (initials B.A.) is very capable but the front of the business leaves something to be desired. The ladies there are friendly (thats why I gave the business two stars) but whoever is in charge of scheduling could use some additional training. If they are overbooking they are doing so by an unrealistic number.

This place never changes, there are too many customers not enough staff. I had an appt for my daughter at 12:45pm. It was now 1:30pm and not one staff member even recognized my presence. I signed in when we got there and noted she had an appt. Then when I finally said something the lady there brushed me to the side and complained about being the only one there. There was 2 others there, one even left to lunch, looked at me and still saw me sitting there when she got back from lunch! Then after waiting over an hour I SAY SOMETHING TO THEM, they give me paperwork to fill out!!! Are you kidding me?? I have been sitting here for an hour and NOW you give me paperwork?!?!? Needless to say I didnt fill out the paperwork, we left, and I made an appointment else where. This place is always LIKE THIS!!! Absolutely horrible customer service!!!!

Everyone is very nice and friendly unfornatley that does not help when you are trying to get your foster child new glasses. He cannot see out of his current glasses as his mother has not had his eyes looked at in over 4 years and I have had him for 2 months and I am trying to help. I of course have to use the government insurance for him and medicaid is horrible. This was the only place given to me as a choice. The doctor is very pretty and her lashes were excellent but a month later and still no glasses. We did get one pair in (after I called, because they have never called me) and we go and try them on, They are not only the wrong frame but the wrong Rx as well. Now 3 weeks later and I have called 3 times and they promise to call me back and never do. Now they tell me they will be ready this week.. So sad.

Terrible service from doctor to sales rep. Came 20 min prior to appointment and still have to wait 30 min before seeing the doctor. At first i thought maybe theyre taking their time seeing patients, which is good but it turns out she saw everyone about 20-25 min then take the next appointment while the others either looking for frames or wait. Asked to have eyes dialated, didnt do it. If i didnt have my toddler there i wouldve demand her to do it. Sales rep are idiots are obnoxious. make sure you talk with your insurance before coming here, im glad i did because sales rep were telling me a completely different story, said i have to buy lenses from them and also has to be the same day as exam. called insurance right at office and confirm otherwise. Take your business elsewhere
