After two weeks of my first visit, one of my contact lenses ripped. I placed an order online from a different vendor to get new contacts and they told me it would take a week. I came back to the office to see if they had my contacts on hand and they also told me that they would have to order them. I then asked them if they could provide me with an extra right one so that I didnt have to be out for a week. I was told that they only have one of those on hand and that if a new customer came in with the same prescription then they would lose that new customer. I guess they would rather have new customer happy than old customer. Bad business motto.

Unprofessional. When you call the provided phone number its always the same story from the people at walmart. "We dont know the Drs schedule but well have his assistant call you". And she doesnt. Ever. When you call the office number provided they dont ever answer or call you back. After literally trying for months to get an appt here (out of convenience due to mine and my wifes schedules) i finally get an appointment set for today, which they just called to cancel. The appointment is in 30 minutes. Done! Going with an actual optometrist instead of playing games with these people at walmart.

Original visit was pleasant . but Ive missed work 3 times trying to get new contact lenses and the only excuse I receive is that they dont have my prescription in file because I didnt buy contacts from them . uncaring and very unhelpful.
