Publix es un placer comprar hasta que llegas a pagar en la registradora , entonces te ponen 10 producto en el mismo bolsa , que son tan finas como la cascara de una cebolla, algunas veces la bolsa se rompe y los alimentos terminan en el suelo antes de llegar a la casa. en otras ocaciones mesclan diferentes categoria de alimentos llegando a la casa estropeados Publix is a pleasure to by until you get to pay at the register, then they put 10 product in the same bag that are as thin as the peel of an onion, sometimes the bag is broken and the food ends on the ground before arriving to the house . in other occasions they merge diferents category of food arriving at the house spoiled

I live 2 minutes away and visit this publix at least 2-3 times a week, and most times i leave complaining about how bad customer service is all over miami, today i just went to get a sandwich and KAREL greeted me with enthusiasm and it actually looked like he wanted to be there to , happy to serve me.making small talk while being fast and courteous. for the first time i. Leave without complaints and actually happy about the service that this person provided

Well the only complaint that I have is that Public prices keep going up and up and up I just check a few items including private label and Public prices serfdom .50e to to a$1.00 more expensive than there biggest competitor in this area now if Publix workers except meat cutters are now making more than $15.00 an hour then that is good

Dont go here to get a sub unless you have a lot of extra time in your hands. Definately dont go here at all if you dont speak spanish. Its a great place to go if you like to be ignored while standing in line waiting to be served.
