The pharmacy inside this Publix has the worst Pharmacy manager I have ever met I have been getting prescriptions filled at Publix for over 3 years we moved and started using this Publix I had and very bad encounter with the manager at this Publix he refused to fill a prescription that I have been on for over 3 years that he is aware of by looking at my history and his reasoning is because its a dangerous combination and didnt feel comfortable filling. I explained to him that Ive been on the medication for over 3 years he became arrogant telling me he had the right not to fill the prescription being he didnt feel comfortable. When it comes to customer service he needs to be retained in my opinion. Will never go back to this Publix again not even to shop for food he has stated to me it was up to his discretion on what prescriptions are filled he stated that he did not feel comfortable with filling this prescription even after I have explained to him that I was on that prescription over 3 years that I received from my doctor I called corporate on the situation and corporate even agreed with me that he did not have that Authority to turn around and make that determination being I have been on that medication for the past 3 years and corporate said they will have the regional manager contact with me within 24 to 48 hours and it is past 48 hours he has not gotten in contact with us yet but I am no longer waiting I am transferring all my prescriptions to another Pharmacy every time Ive gone in there . Hes always given us a difficult time and had an attitude . Its a shame because I really enjoyed shopping at Publix for the most part most of the employees I have met has always been very pleasant with the exception of this gentleman so beware if you intend to get get prescriptions filled at this Publix try to avoid the pharmacy supervisor.

2month update. 2/16/18 420pm. Its been 20 minutes and Only 1.5 sandwiches have been completed by two workers. Very slow service. Deli Sub makers are obviously running the clock. There is no hustle whatsoever. Its like they are purposely taking as long as possible. Milking every walk to go get something as slow as possible. So crazy. This may be my final visit to the publix deli during my lunch break. This is rediculous. Deli people are nice but man is it a wait when it gets busy. And they constantly shout THANKS FOR BEING PATIENT WELL BE RIGHT WITH YOU. And they fake thank each other for helping. Just work. Whats with all the forced correctness.

Horrible place to try and get a fresh made sub. I love Publix subs but trying to have on made here is the worst. Ive tried on numerous times and its always the same, bad service. Its hard to even be acknowledged by somebody in the sandwich area and then when they do, they move like they have glue on their feet and in slow motion! I highly suggest hiring people who know how to put some pep in thier step! The rest of the store is great. Great and friendly staff and Ill continue to shop here. Ill just have to get my subs somewhere else..

This is my favorite Publix, my favorite grocery store in the area. Its always clean, well-organized, well-stocked, the lines are short, and the staff is very efficient and helpful. I have been stopping there a few times a week for years now, and Ive only had a few experiences that werent great. By far this is one of my favorite places to shop in this area.
