Aldi is overall a great place to shop with many great deals, so my rant is directed towards the employees at this location and not Aldi as a whole. I have shopped at this location many times now, and the way the employees handle your food and switching carts is appalling. No matter the time of day or how crowed it is they ALWAYS throw my food into the next cart waiting as if it is super busy. Ive been the only one in the line and they still rush your food into the next cart. Dont even give you a chance to help and if you do they are usually rude because they want it their way. I have made it home with dented cans and crushed boxes due to the lack of care. Just recently while my wife and son were shopping at this location they rushed all the food into another cart while she was putting food on the belt. Once again not a busy day and now making my wife switch my infant son and his belongings to the new cart instead of just waiting 30 gosh damn seconds. Then (and ive seen it happen) the cashier goes over to another register to talk with friends. Rushed us to go talk, are you kidding me! The sad part is if I recall correctly Aldi supposedly picked good people from out of town for this location but looks to be that it was an utter failure on their part. Ive put many years into Publix and I can assure you they train you in proper customer service. This here is NOT friendly customer service!

My favorite store! Everything is very good high quality and well priced. Easy to get in and out in a quick trip. Save about 40-50% off regular grocery prices and I think at better quality. The things you need to know. 1 Bring your own bags (or purchase them inside), 2 -Have a quarter to rent the cart (you get it back on return). Weekly ad starts on Wednesday and they will have an item on special- when that item runs out they dont do rain checks or restock for most part. They put items on clearance all the time and many items are seasonal so if you are thinking about an item that you dont normally see there, get it because it may not be there next time if you really like a food item that is seasonal stock up. Carry large line of Gluten Free items and also organic. Best things at Aldi 1- Produce, 2- Wine, 3 -Prices

I enjoy shopping at Aldi"s for their fruits, produce, organic nuts, and gluten free items. However, I am also impressed by how well this staff works together. Today was a very busy Friday and I wanted to compliment an associate named Maribel who was taking time to train a couple of new staff members. She was very kind and patient with them while at the same time she was answering questions for other customers and helping people find merchandise. Most people cant multi task so efficiently. I think Aldis is very lucky to have someone like her to assist new members. I just wanted to take a minute to give Maribel a sincere compliment for her positive, helpful attitude! It reflects very well on the store to see such kind cooperation among the staff members. Sincerely, David Du Hamel

ALDIS prices are creeping up making the chore of shopping there less attractive. Yesterday, 4/10, we were picking up a few items that were priced well skipping a few others that were not. We had 5 items; about $20. The line for the only open register was 4 deep with the person before us having a very full cart. I asked the cashier if she could call up another. She heard me, ignored me (I waited to see if she would react-she didnt), and we dumped the goods we were going to get and left. I spent about a dollar more for similar items at Publix on the way home, was treated with courtesy and whisked through the process. BTW, ALDI is 20 minutes from home, Publix is 8.

When I moved here from St. Louis I was so sad there was no Aldi. I was there on the day they opened and shop there every week. I love their produce, staples are less expensive and their Fit and Active brand is great. I admit I cant get everything I want from this store but I know I am saving over $100 each month shopping here. Plus, the people working there have been super friendly and helpful. They are very fast at checkout and because of how they handle carts, I never have to worry about scratching my car on one left in the lot like at other stores. That actually did happen to me by the way. Thank you for putting this store where I can shop there!

Had a great experience here tonight, the manager on duty helped to solve a pricing question that I had. She was very polite and friendly. I was really happy that she took her time to help me, when a manager steps out to the floor you can sometimes tell that you are pulling them away from something but in this case Zo was very attentive and even offered to call other stores in the radius to check on another item that I wanted. The staff through out the store seemed to follow the same trait as far as being up beat and polite. The store was clean and organized well. Im really glad that I have this aldis near by.

I have been impressed with the quality of the food purchased since the store opened. The produce is pretty good with fair prices. The only time I was unhappy with a product I got my money back. The people who work there are their greatest asset. They are fun, friendly and very helpful. They will stop whatever they are doing and take you to the product you cant find. Today my day was made when I was carded for a wine purchase by a young lady who could have been my granddaughter.

Convenient shopping, having all the grocery essentials needed without the hassle of big supermarket traffic. Lots of organic products at very reasonable pricing even more competitive than your big neighboring stores. Only drawback -- and really its just a matter of adapting -- grocery cart requires a quarter to use which you get returned to you when placing the cart away and there are no grocery bags so bring your own! Think green - not a bad concept!

The products are good and cheap and they are at 80% organic but they need to think in the future to build bigger store because imagine you have 40 to 50 customers inside shopping and 3 cashiers are available if the customer take an average of 20 mn to shop and the cashier take an average of 5 mn by customer so the time for a big shoping is expected to be 1 hour and its supposed to be less than that.

No me gusta en lo absoluto el sistema de los carritos para hacer compras, si no tiene menudo te vas sin que nadie te ayude a resolver este problema. Me ha pasado tres veces , por eso no los visito mas.

The prices are low and while you arent buying name brand , youre buying a healthier more natural option. The cereal and snacks have no artificial colors or flavors and are still less expensive than the name brand. Fruits and vegetables are locally grown as much as possible as well as being very affordable. Its a small market but it has everything you need.
