What an abysmal disappointment. Eye exam took over an hour not exactly sure why because I received the wrong prescription. Filled the script provided by the optometrist at their vision center. After wearing the glasses for 2 months and experiencing increasing frequency of migraines I saw a neurologist who recommended getting another eye exam. I saw an independent doctor who had a completely different script for my glasses. I once again paid for another pair of glasses. Surprisingly migraines subsided and my vision was 20/25. I followed up with Flaum Institute and they tried to tell me that in 3 months time my exam could have changed that drastically. No apology and no offer to refund me the cost of exam or glasses. They did however offer to take the glasses off my hands as a donation to their recycle your glasses program. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS PLACE!!!

In May 2015 the prescription given to me resulting from my eye exam was incorrect..During my exam I was told by the tech that she didnt know if she could get my corrected vision any better..Who am I to question the professional..?? I went in for an eye exam about three weeks ago (8/17) and thats when I found out that an error had been made in 2015... Dr. Klein. explained what happened, acknowledged the error and apologized, but I have spent hundreds of dollars on prescription glasses and sunglasses..I also spent two years with blurry vision in my left eye because of a preventable error.. ..This should not happen...

I have never had a bad experience with the pediatric department. The waiting room and examination rooms are very accommodating to children. My sons ophthalmologist is so knowledgable, patient and kid friendly as well as all the staff weve encountered, which is extremely important when it comes to a good doctor experience. We travel for about an hour and a half to get there and Im not going to stop now :). I would recommend the pediatric office to anyone.

My daughter has a lazy eye. I had taken her to another eye doctor with no solutions. Flaum immediately began working on the issue and we have seen good results (improved eye strength with less eye turning in and lower prescriptions). We dont use their eye glasses place though as Lenscrafters at Marketplace has better selection and breakage insurance. If you have no eye issues you may not need to go here but if you do then it would be a mistake not too.

One of the worst experiences ever. Ordered glasses May 4th, 6 weeks later, June 17th, still no glasses. Doctor wrote up wrong Rx and then multiple issues with lab making lenses wrong. Constant delays. Such incompetency within the organization. I paid $453 plus the exam of $115. Out a total of $568 because now I have to find another facility that can correctly write a script and make the glasses that I need to work at the computer with.

ONLY go to the Flaum eye institute if you need a specialist. There is no reason to go here for any other reason. They are very slow and very very expensive. I had an appt at the dry eye clinic and the appt was at 1015am..... I left at 12:15am... It took me 2 hours to see the doctor for 5 minutes and then they charged me over 600 for the appt. What a joke. Switched to a different office shortly after.

Dr. Plotnik and his staff are kind, highly professional and competent. The front desk check-in & check-out staff, are engaging and helpful. In this era of increasing requirements for medical practices, the Flaum Eye Institute continues to provide top notch, personalized medical care.

Called for an appointment with Dr. Feldon at end of October. They made it for December 13. Which was ridiculous. I have Double Vision, Fatigue and tremendous joint pain. Serious concerns. Received a call today that they have to move to January 13th. Hoping I am not dead by then

Dr. Zoe Williams is exceptional. She is kind, caring and extremely meticulous. She is both a neuro-opthamologist and a human being, I hate to give her a good review, because shell just get busier. ;-)
