Llevaba 3 años comprando en este lugar, objetivamente consideró que algunas personas y más los hombres y latino son los más cordiales. Hoy 6 de enero del 2017 en la hora de la mañana fui a comprar como monótonamente lo hago y para tal caso que nunca lo hago me antoje de comprar maquillaje, le pregunte a una señorita y no me ayudó, para más colmo del caso los probadores del maquillaje no son visibles y destape una caja de polvo compacto toque un poco la superficie, hay la señorita si me habla para decirme que no puedo probármelo y yo cerré el polvo y lo metí a la casa respectivamente, son tan ineficientes que ella me quito la caja casi arrebatándomela bruscamente y se la pasa a un manager. Yo seguí mirando a ver cuál iba a comprar y el señor sale del mostrador gritándome y obligándome a comprar el polvo compacto, yo le dije que no lo iba a comprar que podía hacer lo que él quisiera, pues el hombre ridículo llamo a la policia. Llegaron y me demoraron porque solo hablo español. Tal fue la discriminacion de esta persona que llego el una mujer policía y solucionó el problema. Lo más indignante de todo es que yo estaba con mi bebe de 11 meces y se paró en la puerta como si les estuviera robando o algo así. A qué llego todo esto?. Pues que el servicio al cliente es terrible y detestable. Ponga atención y no compren donde no los van atender bien.

I do not recommend this place. This store is very cramped & products are too expensive. I recently purchased an item and when I arrived home realized it wasnt the correct one. The receipt clearly states "EXCHANGE Only within 7 days..." so I decided to go the next day. When I went up to the cashier she responded (nervously) that she had to speak to her boss Mr. Jay Yang (store manager) before making the exchange. She seemed scared to ask her boss. So I went up to him myself and was appalled by how rude this man was (no wonder his employee was scared). Ive never been treated so poorly. Not only did he treat me unprofessionally, he did not let me exchange. He then handed me his business card and told me to go ahead and place a bad review online and that he didnt care. So thats exactly what Im doing... If youre purchasing anything from this store, pls make sure you have no plans in return it, its going to be difficult.

The employees were very very helpful! This is the first beauty supply I went to that had everything I needed. All the workers were very enthusiastic and more than glad to help customers who needed it. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and environment and I am definitely coming here more often.

I bought 5 nail polishes and changed my mind later and wanted to exchange colors. I havent used any of them but it turns out they have a no exchange or return policy for "personal care" products which they dont warn you about when you buy it. Awful customer service. Dont recommend this place.

Sold me the wrong zero gapper for the andis blades I purchased knowing their no return policy, on top of that the factory blades the machine came with was the wrong blades inside of the box I lossed $120. Do not shop at this place

Rude staffs. OVERPRICED items. Way overpriced. For example, a shampoo was selling for 12.99. I got it for 4.99 elsewhere. Do not go to this place. They only care about money. All those 5 stars are fake reviews
