I have been shopping at this beauty supply store since it opened. Never had a problem until now. I bought a perm kit and when I got home and opened it I discovered the perm was old. Went to return and was told I could not return it because it was not returned unopened. How else do you find out something is wrong if you dont open the kit. Spoke to the manager and still could not get perm kit exchanged despite receipt stating no refunds. Exchange or store credit only. I will my no longer shop at this establishment and would not recommend it to anyone based on their poor return policy and horrible attitude.

I had the worst experience in costumer service in this store. I needed help to find a product but the guy who works there avoided and told me the store doesnt have it, but I didnt trust him so I went to find it by myself and I found it. So dont think somebody will help you in that store.

I had a bad experience at 165th and Jamaica location. Chinese man with bumps n very oily skin....attitude is just as nasty as face....I would not get them any richer...#not my money

This store is big so it has a lot to offer.......BUT NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NO PLEASANTRY ABOUT ANY OF THE WORKERS.....OH WELL THEY JUST LOST A CUSTOMER
